In the meantime, I bet they'll have divers down there pretty soon trying to figure out if/what pieces can be lifted right away and if and where cuts might need to be made to get the fallen parts in manageable sizes. I am sure clearing the main channel will be the priority -- the sections outside the 2 main pylons can wait.

  • Certainly! Let's delve into the intriguing world of **Duel Monsters** and explore the card known as **"Ground Collapse."** **Ground Collapse** is a spell card that has a continuous effect. Here's how it works: 1. **Card Text**: - Select **two Main Monster Zones** on the field. - Neither player can use the selected zones. - You cannot select a zone that is **occupied by a Monster Card**. 2. **Effect Summary**: - When you activate **Ground Collapse**, choose two Main Monster Zones on the field. - As long as this card remains face-up on the field, the selected zones cannot be used by either player. - It's a strategic move to disrupt your opponent's monster placement and control the battlefield. 3. **Example Usage**: - Imagine you're in a heated duel, and your opponent is about to summon a powerful monster. You activate **Ground Collapse**, preventing them from using two specific zones. Now their options are limited, and they'll need to adapt their strategy accordingly. 4. **Card Details**: - **Name**: Ground Collapse - **Card Type**: Spell - **Property**: Continuous - **Password**: 90502999 - **Rarity**: Common (available in various sets) Remember, in the world of Duel Monsters, every card has its unique abilities and can turn the tide of battle. So, keep your wits sharp, and may your dueling skills flourish! 🃏✨ For more details, you can explore the [Yugipedia page on Ground Collapse](yugipedia.com/wiki/Ground_Collapse).¹ The Basic rules were used during Death-Tand earlier. 1. They are based on the standard rules, contain additional rules and alter previous ones. The Expert rules do not apply in Super Expert. 1. Each player starts with 4000 Life Points. 2. A player's hand cannot contain more than seven cards, in the manga or 6 cards, in the anime, like i… The Master Rules are a modified version of the Super Expert rules with some updated terminology used starting with Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, and the addition of Tuner and Synchro Monsters for Synchro Summoning. The Master Rules remain to be used in Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL, Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V and Yu-Gi-Oh! Reinsmith changes with each new iteration of Master Rules. Other ways of playing Duel Monster shave existed throughout the series, usually using one of the previous sets of rules played under particular circumstances with additional rules added. These include: 1. Tag-Team Duel 2. Labyrinth Duel 3. Deck Master 4. Turbo Duel 5. Concentration Duel 6. Augmented Reality Duel 7. Statue Duel 8. Speed Duel 9. Action Duel 10. Rush Duel **Gravity Collapse** is a **Trap Card** in the **Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game**. Let's explore its effects: 1. **Card Text**: - When your opponent would **Summon a monster(s)**: - Send **1 face-up Synchro Monster** you control to the **GY** (Graveyard). - Negate the Summon, and if you do, **destroy that monster**. - Your opponent **cannot Summon a monster** until the **end of this turn**. 2. **Effect Summary**: - When your opponent attempts to summon a monster, you can activate **Gravity Collapse**. - Sacrifice a face-up Synchro Monster you control to negate the summon. - The targeted monster is destroyed. - Your opponent is **prevented from summoning any monsters** for the remainder of the turn. 3. **Example Usage**: - Imagine your opponent is about to summon a powerful monster. You activate **Gravity Collapse**, sacrificing one of your Synchro Monsters. Their summon is negated, and their monster is destroyed. Plus, they won't be able to summon any more monsters during that turn. 4. **Card Details**: - **Name**: Gravity Collapse - **Card Type**: Trap - **Property**: Counter - **Passcode**: 07811875 - **Rarity**: Rare (from the *Starstrike Blast* set) Remember, in the world of dueling, every card has its unique strategy. **Gravity Collapse** disrupts your opponent's plans and can turn the tide of battle! 🃏✨

  • So, which democrats in the Baltimore region are liable for hiring illegal labor, now with workplace deaths involved?

    @Scarletohellno@ScarletohellnoАй бұрын
    • The way it works is the city hires the contractor and than the contractor hires illegal's to work for lower wages, happens in landscaping all the time. Dont tell anyone but I bet the guys working were sleeping in the truck cab thats why they didnt see the warning signs and ultimately died. You snooze you lose!
