Praised be Jesus Christ! Thank you so much for posting this! The way your music works for me in prayer is it helps block out the many distractions that tend to break through and disrupt my efforts to listen to God. How can one possibly go from communing with the one Holy God, who is Truth itself, Lovingkindness, everlasting Mercy, Justice beyond human comprehension; who has given His only son (Himself) to me (and all of us) who have and continually reject Him over and over like the prodigal son who just doesn’t get it…to thinking about the dishes that need to get washed, or if I tightened the bolts correctly when I reinstalled that part in my car this morning or where that particular tax document might be? It’s inconceivable. And yet, and yet, He is our lover Who peeks through the garden gate desperate to get even a glimpse at us. He is the one who chases us down relentlessly. He easily banishes any evil that wants to destroy us, because we are made for Him. (Song of Solomon 2:8-15) He is our God who will not only give us the strength during our battles but will tell us to sit back while He fights the battle for us. He is the father of the prodigal son…Our Father, who waits at the edge of His kingdom… waiting, hoping for our return- and when we do return treats us like a prince/princess and celebrates with the greatest party ever (Luke 15) …just like the Good Shepherd rejoices upon reuniting with His lost lamb (Luke 15) …The Good Shepherd who gives us comfort and confidence as we walk through this dark and twisted world, knowing He will use his staff to pull us out of whatever pit we may fall into and will use His rod to give us a good tap/smack when we drift off the path that we are to follow. (Psalm 23) Yes. Your music helps me to let Him gaze upon me…and for me to gaze upon Him. Thank you.
Wow my friend! I give all the glory to God, because He does the same thing with me and with other people here, attracting us with love, through music inspired by Himself. And this is so wonderful ❤️😭
I was paralyzed in bed last year and I heard Jesus say out loud to me - If you believe in me get up and walk I got up and not only walked but went for a walk outside. Praise God!!!!! GOD IS ALWAYS WORKING!!!!
