  • Wow! I am impressed with how well Dr. Poole has decoded elephant vocalizations. For many years, it seemed we might never understand how animals communicate, and now it seems some researchers are deciphering the code.

  • In groups, elephants are very compact in taking care of each other and they also give affection to each other. The elephant calf is so adorable when he wants to suckle to his mother and the mother patiently shows where the suckling area is. Very funny. I also admire the woman who can translate elephant language, I am very happy when the woman tells the elephant language that she knows. It's really amazing.

  • I wonder where the saying, "There is an elephant in the room" came from. I doubt that has anything at all to do with how much any woman weighs or if she smells like a fish. Yet that is what most trolls want us all to believe. I heard from a nun working in South America who gets to eavesdrop on wild Camelids too sometimes too that female Lammas who didn't get a baby Lamma that year try to steal baby Lammas and they almost always succeed doing so while working in teams to do so too when land resources are declining there.
