I can't think of a better person for the job (except maybe Mayim Bialek and she already does it sometimes).
The funny thing about the #1 entry is that while making their Daily Double wager, a contestant said "I'd like to buy a vowel, uh, true daily double". As a result, Alex pretended to look upset, as he looked to his right and yelled "Vanna!!!???".

I guess this was done while Ken Jennings was in the middle of his run in 2004. I seem to recall someone talking about buying a vowel on Celebrity Jeopardy recently. Also, I notice many times on other game shows where people say "what is" to act like they are on Jeopardy.
Buy a vowel! Of course.
And that actually predicted the future since Ken and Mayim are both gonna face off against Vanna in the season 3 finale of Celebrity Wheel of Fortune on Wednesday.

If anyone saw the movie QUIZ SHOW how the 50's show was rigged then you may wonder if this guy Ken Jennings was really winning all these shows in a row or given the answers ahead or. time!
The 1934 Broadcasting Act was amended in 1960 to prevent that. They have whole armies of honesty police to protect fairness. Their names are Standards and Practices. The FCC would pull a Taffer if they catch cheating on a game show and SHUT IT DOWN. 😎 But I’m sure you joke 😊
he's done incredibly well on other shows, and was a host on the chaser. That would be a hell of a conspiracy to keep him going.
