  • You're a very patient guy. Not many people can produce these types of puzzles by themselves without losing patience. I know it's your job to do these kind of things but i deeply respect you for your work :) Greetings from France

  • My son and I just got into cubing recently. We have several different types, but nothing nearly as fancy as the ones you make. I wish I had your talents, or even your patience. We have enjoyed watching your youtube videos. Thank you from both of us for all the time and work you put into creating such amazing puzzles. Very impressive.

  • Hi Tony. I find a lot of your videos really interesting and enjoy them immensely. I have a few questions for you, if you don't mind: 1> This project took 2 work weeks plus overtime and a little outsourcing to Oliver. During the time you were doing it, were you in a Zen zone and allowed the sounds of the project to move you forward? Or did you need some background music or otherwise to keep you focused? I find that when I'm doing projects I love, even if it might get tedious at times, I need some music to help me. If so, what do you turn to? 2> Hand mods are amazing, but I always wondered why certain designs never get mass produced. Why do you think this is the case? Even in limited editions, a cast made version of many of your ideas, and many of Oskar's ideas as well, would most likely sell to collectors or aficionados. Is it legality, practicality, or marketability? Cheers!

    @Erichwanh@Erichwanh8 жыл бұрын
    • +Erich w/ an h Thanks. It varies depending on when I am working and what task I am doing. Mostly though I have the TV on and watch / listen to a program or film that doesn't require full attention. For example I have just rewatched the box set of Lost including all the bonus material. I have also gone through old shows like Rescue Me, Aufweidsein Pet, Lexx, Farscape plus endless repeats of The Big Bang Theory currently on UK TV. The royalties associated with mass produced puzzles are typically very low. This is because usually only a few thousand are likely to sell and injection moulding set-up costs are very high. In most cases it is better for me to sell my own custom made versions.

    • +Tony Fisher Thanks for the reply 8^) 2> That makes a lot of sense, thank you kindly 8^) 1> Good picks! Might I suggest any episode of Wossy featuring Tim Minchin, or Wossy hosting Penn & Teller Fool Us (series 1 UK, because series 2 US was a bit... watered down, despite not being bad)? They help me a bunch in the background. Cheers again! ~Erich w/ an h
