My husband passed away in May and I have to say I still feel his presence in the house. It is amazing. The only reason he did not want to die is because he would leave me alone. But he did not leave me alone. I feel him all around me. I am surpirsed that I don't find him in my bed when I wake up in the middle of the night. It is like his presence is still here. Has anyone else experienced this kind of thing?

In some cases, with people you've talked to on the phone or through text, when they pass, it's common that you'll try and call them or text them, expectant of a reply even though you know they won't. It's a sort of coping mechanism, your mind reluctant to accept that they're gone and thus making you feel they're going to reply or they're still there.
