I believe that the original joke was, “what did the Zen Buddhist say to the hotdog vendor?“ “Make me one with everything“ the follow up joke is; So the vendor gives him the hotdog, Zen Buddhist gives the vendor a $20 bill. And then waits… And waits…, they are just looking at each other. Eventually the Zen Buddhist says “what about my change?” And the hotdog vendor says, “change, must come from within.” Best jokes ever.

- It's a very old joke. Robin Williams told it in Bicentennial Man, and it's probably been around since before that. Old jokes have lots of variations.

There's a part 2 to this joke: After the punchline: 'Make me One with everything' So the the Dalaï Lama grabs his pizza and turns to leave, but hesitates. He turns back around and says "Sorry, where's my change?" And the Pizza man replies "Change? Change comes from within."

For those who didn’t get the joke because English is your second language or something. This might help:”Make me one with everything" is the response given by a Buddhist to a hot dog vendor who asks him, "What can I make you?". The joke is a play on words, as the oft-quoted Buddhist "motto" is to "be at one" or "be at peace" with everything natural in the world. A Buddhist goes to a hot dog vendor and the vendor asks him "Hey buddy what can I make ya?". "Make me one with everything" replies the Buddhist I got this from urban dictionary.

Go see the full interview. The reason he's laughing is cut out here. He first acts as if he doesn't understand the joke until the interviewer is completely embarrassed, then points at him and starts laughing. It's quite hilarious.

- Adhiraj Ahuja - that was the excuse in the original version of this interview. Whether it’s true or not I don’t know but that’s what was said in the original. It is possible he didn’t know what pizza was, I don’t know what type of foods he’s eaten or what his normal diet is but there’s plenty of people in the world who haven’t eaten pizza. Also it’s possible it may have just slipped his mind what pizza was at the moment, I mean I seriously doubt there’s a pizza place nearby that can deliver to him even if he wanted it.

Pushing others believing in sins and not letting themselves judge their own actions has a consequence. There is no such thing a sin also. There are good and bad choices. I don’t believe we are born with sins otherwise children born with leukemia would have sinned and they really didn’t. Don’t live in fear my friend it’s not good.
