@@user-rp2dc9re7r you cannot just judge like that about any profession , agar waisa hai toh doctors bhi fukiest job hai according to you , because of the scams , where even if there's no need of operation they do it so that they can earn some extra income . They keep and treat dead person in ICU for several days to generate more fees , but I still believe that doctors save lives . One day when you get yourself into a troublesome case where you have not committed any crime and you don't have any fault but you're still accused, a good lawyer will save your life and you'll thank the profession

What about jurisdictional corruption ? Specially in real estate. There is no need to go in favour of Builders against the buyer who buy the flats having loan. The buyer face multiple harrasment. From builder side, adminstration side and atlast from courts, as court mostly reserve the verdict in favour of bankers and builders who have lots ways to escape

The main complaint in kasab case is the slowness, it took over a year to punish him. Now, this gives guspetis (terrorists) and other criminals that q crime can be comitted and the person can languish in jail for a long time by going through high court, supreme, president etc. It should be swift so criminals know thier end is near for the gruesome act they comitted. In china, a case, a man got arrested in the morning, by noon, he was convicted, by evening, executed.

Nirbhaya case mein defense attorney khud aage aaya tha rapists ko represent karne ke liye whereas Mumbai attack case mein Kasab ko represent karne ke liye court ne hi attorney appoint kiya tha. Dono mein fark yeh hai ki Kasab ka lawyer sirf case build karne ke liye uske saath raha par Nirbhaya ke case mein Defense baar baar ladki ke character ka assassination karta rehta tha isliye Nirbhaya case logon ko zyada yaad raha aur zyada waqt ke liye air bhi hua tha.

Me and my husband decided to go for mutual divorce and we filed it on 26th December'2023 but abhi tak court mein chal hi raha hai..tarik pe tarik..😢really fed up and lawyer ko to sirf paise se matlab hai..fact but sad ground reality. Isiliye mere papa hamesha kehte hai..kabhi b life mein bagwan na kare ki kisi insaan ko court aur hospital k chakkar lagane pade..nahi ko kangal hokar hi bahar nikalta hai (in short puri kamai hi chali jati hai)

In our country people don't realise that the work of lawyers is to represent the client and the work of proving guilt is investigating agency and judge work is providing judgement. Don't blame a defence lawyer if prosecution or investigation agency are unable to prove in court without reasonable doubt. If client is guilty work of lawyer is to represent such that the gulity client gets a punishment fit to a crime, if proper representation is not there a common thief can get life sentence aswell. So blame the agency and prosecution for not proving a case

India being a democratic nation with one of the strongest constitutions in the world gives everyone the right to a fair trial and a chance to be heard which requires them to be represented in tge court. It doesn't matter whether the person is actually guilty or not, that's something for the judge to decide. A lawyer's role is to make sure that his client is provided with every opportunity to prove his innocence. And even the Holy Gita states that a person must focus only on doing their duties. And that's the duty of a lawyer- to make arguments in favour of their representation.

They keep and treat dead person in ICU for several days to generate more fees , but I still believe that doctors save lives . One day when you get yourself into a troublesome case where you have not committed any crime and you don't have any fault but you're still accused, a good lawyer will save your life and you'll thank the profession

What about jurisdictional corruption ? Specially in real estate. There is no need to go in favour of Builders against the buyer who buy the flats having loan. The buyer face multiple harrasment. From builder side, adminstration side and atlast from courts, as court mostly reserve the verdict in favour of bankers and builders who have lots ways to escape

Nirbhaya case mein defense attorney khud aage aaya tha rapists ko represent karne ke liye whereas Mumbai attack case mein Kasab ko represent karne ke liye court ne hi attorney appoint kiya tha. Dono mein fark yeh hai ki Kasab ka lawyer sirf case build karne ke liye uske saath raha par Nirbhaya ke case mein Defense baar baar ladki ke character ka assassination karta rehta tha isliye Nirbhaya case logon ko zyada yaad raha aur zyada waqt ke liye air bhi hua tha.

Me and my husband decided to go for mutual divorce and we filed it on 26th December'2023 but abhi tak court mein chal hi raha hai..tarik pe tarik..😢really fed up and lawyer ko to sirf paise se matlab hai..fact but sad ground reality. Isiliye mere papa hamesha kehte hai..kabhi b life mein bagwan na kare ki kisi insaan ko court aur hospital k chakkar lagane pade..nahi ko kangal hokar hi bahar nikalta hai (in short puri kamai hi chali jati hai)

In our country people don't realise that the work of lawyers is to represent the client and the work of proving guilt is investigating agency and judge work is providing judgement. Don't blame a defence lawyer if prosecution or investigation agency are unable to prove in court without reasonable doubt. If client is guilty work of lawyer is to represent such that the gulity client gets a punishment fit to a crime, if proper representation is not there a common thief can get life sentence aswell. So blame the agency and prosecution for not proving a case

It doesn't matter whether the person is actually guilty or not, that's something for the judge to decide. A lawyer's role is to make sure that his client is provided with every opportunity to prove his innocence. And even the Holy Gita states that a person must focus only on doing their duties. And that's the duty of a lawyer- to make arguments in favour of their representation.
