In videos like these, not just mainly focused on roblox and not just from Albert, but just with people speaking on the shaded areas of games’ I slowly start to realize that, intentional or not, most games have just become a simulation or representation of society and it’s just kind of sad. I remember when I could open my phone and play angry birds or something harmless without having a reflection of the same stress I feel with everyday situations. Sometimes I feel like the games I play really are just the modern day society and it’s scary when I really realize it was just a game. Believe what you want, but I don’t think most games are headed in the right direction.

I ran into a kid playing a game on Roblox, I knew they were a kid from the way they typed and the slang they used. They asked me how to play, so I helped them and eventually they asked me if I knew who flamingo was. I answered in the negative cause I didn’t at the time but, now I can say otherwise. Thanks for making content speaking up about these types of things. Its important info for any age, but especially kids who might want to one day work for Roblox. These types of things must be talked about, even with the comical tone and more "dark humor".

don't worry too much. realistically, if you play those anime games, you won't be able to play them for a while is my guess. but they will come back eventually because a DMCA doesn't mean "your game is entirely dead now" it just means "your game infringes on our copyright" so they just need to change the game enough that it doesn't infringe on their copyright anymore. I'm not sure how difficult that will be given the nature of the game, but I doubt they will just leave it to die cause they got one DMCA strike

No, they have no legal rights to take games down even with a license. The license secures them rights to use the asset within their game, not take down other games with the assets. The copyright rule works under the asset owner (the owners of my acedamia) not license holders.

I remember when I could open my phone and play angry birds or something harmless without having a reflection of the same stress I feel with everyday situations. Sometimes I feel like the games I play really are just the modern day society and it’s scary when I really realize it was just a game. Some of my friends play, or more so tryhard the Anime Adventures game. I never understood the slang and stuff they use, but it seemed really in depth and they were pretty bummed when it got closed
I ran into a kid playing a game on Roblox, I knew they were a kid from the way they typed and the slang they used. They asked me how to play, so I helped them and eventually they asked me if I knew who flamingo was. I answered in the negative cause I didn’t at the time but, now I can say otherwise. Thanks for making content speaking up about these types of things. Its important info for any age, but especially kids who might want to one day work for Roblox. It's owned by Glace, I'm a supervisor there, you can buy your way to an SHR, which makes it EXTREMELY hard to remove you unless there's another SHR in game which is not often. If I get a response I can give you times when there aren't many staff on, if you can I would love to know when so I can be on. The average player rate is 30-55

I never watched anime, but I used to ALWAYS play Anime Fighting Simulator X, and knowing that it’s (probably) deleted (I haven’t checked) really hits close to home. I spent so much time on that game, and I had so many memories made on there. Knowing that it’s deleted breaks my heart.

No, they have no legal rights to take games down even with a license. The license secures them rights to use the asset within their game, not take down other games with the assets. The copyright rule works under the asset owner (the owners of my acedamia) not license holders.
