We were tested at Formula Drift Long Beach in both @JamesDeane130 and Ben's Mustang RTRs and came out on top! What an unforgettable crazy round of drifting to start the season!!

Props for Dean man to get thru this weekend like that and then dragging driftgames Dave out of bad place and force him to compete in his car in Japfest! RTR team is just mad positive vibes.
We all know this but it can't be said enough, James has incredible talent but 110% of that in class and character. The Drift Games fire is heartbreaking and James is doing something beautiful getting Dave in the eurofighter but they deserve every ounce of support from everyone else. I got two shirts and left a fat tip, for those that can donate there isn't a better drift organization to help out in the world right now.

Couple of flames coming outta the wing(fender) on the doors for James's livery would be a fitting addition. Your one of the few I've seen mention the Drift Games fire as you got news of it. Even with everything you had going on in your own team, you still had a thought for the lads.. mad props.
Mad props & massive respect to the entire RTR crew...you all earned that win. Just an insane team, & so damn fun to watch.
It is so insane to see how everyone at rtr is on the same frequency. James’s car has basically been rebuilt at two events back to back and he got third in one and won the other. The rtr team is an absolute inspiration. I think I speak for everyone when I say that we need more team content. Like a GoPro set up to just show the team or at least as ,uch as you can without revealing secrets
There's no denying that the whole RTR team is one of the best top notch mechanics/drift team out there. They will be on top again this year cause they have no quit in them
Everyone who has drifted with rtr alongside @VaughnGittinJr are all legends! Massive respect to @JamesDeane130 for the win but also supporting others just like drift games. You guys are a massive inspiration for everyone! keep on rolling
This isn't a team, this is a family as you can see the genuine care, love and support for each other. With this you can see why they have done some things which everyone thought was impossible
As soon as I saw how bad the fire was I felt gutted. Most teams wouldn’t have had a chance at getting a car back together but once again RTR proves again they’re the best team in the game. Then James winning was just the cherry on top but congrats! You guys definitely earned that win.
James coming back from TWO horrible problems (the roll last year and the fire this year) truly proves that THE MACHINE never gives up when everything looks grim.
Vaughn. James needs to keep running the burn doors the rest of the season. Its a great reminder of the phoenix story; rise from the ashes; never give up! RTR is the best team hands down. Best of luck the rest of the season cant wait to watch you guys back in full strength. Lets go!

As someone who just spent 16 days in a burn ICU i see a cheap way to prevent alot of pain, and potential lawsuits. Its ignorant formula drift doesn't require passengers to have fire protection. Hopefully nothing like this ever happens again, but i wouldn't let anyone in those vehicles without the same level of protection as your drivers. Burns sucks, and it seems like cheap insurance. So cool to see you guys power through all this and still get the win by the way!
Massive congratulations to your crew, suppliers and the industry for getting James out. To then win is the stuff of Hollywood. As JD said, this doesn't happen often but all the hard work paid off. 👍🏆

Ben was honestly shredding. What a great first lead up until the cable broke. Can’t ask for a better performance or personality in Ben. James obviously killed it like normal and I think the team gets the mvp award for the weekend.
Vaughn, just embrace that black hood grading to gray on the doors of James car! Maybe you will not be able due to contract reasons, but man it looks cool and it's like a Fenix coming out from the ashes! Very cool to see that team work.

FDLB win aside, awesome to see Vaughan shed some light and shoutout driftgames and what they’ve gone/going through, something a lot of KZheadrs haven’t done, this is why in my eyes rtr has got to be the best team in the fd/ drifting community, and not to take away from James the machine Deane, I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again 4x champ coming soon, THE TRIPLE CHAMP DOES WHAT THE FOOK HE WANTS

@@VaughnGittinJr Is it possible for us to see the team more too ? Honestly they are the MVP for the work they did and pulled off. Seeing them work, cheering them on and supporting their efforts would boost their moral more than ever, and they deserve it. The best team I have seen, from fixing torched cars, rolled, destroyed and more. They come in clutch. Hope they are well rested, knowing their efforts paid off.

I said this on James' video, but I almost hope you guys leave the charred bits on his car. I know you guys have an image to uphold and everything, but I feel like it's just a huge testament to the entire team's "never say die" attitude. Unbelievable what the guys were able to accomplish and phenomenal driving from both James AND Ben. I absolutely cannot WAIT to see another RTR champion this year. LETS GOOOO!!!!

It’s awesome seeing the rtr from vreeland ford at the event! I live near that dealership that built it and saw it before it got the crazy wrap and stuff. When I was at the dealership I also heard them talking on the phone trying to get a truck to haul it to Long Beach so seeing it in the video makes total sense😂

Vaughn I think u should change the color of James underglow, to a more neon light blue so it matches his car more. Looks off with tha dark blue from last season when he got a very bright and popping blue on the car with the bright orange.
