  • Everybody saying they miss the old Beyoncé, but she wouldn't be near as iconic as she is now if she had kept doing the same shit she did 10 or even 20 years ago.

  • 5 years ago today, #Beyonce released “Formation.” The track was met with universal critical acclaim and sparked conversation on race relations in the US. It went on to win a Grammy Award, six VMAs and become a cultural phenomenon - ranking as the most Googled song of 2016.

    • @@sarakhalid7583 Really, she made sense to you? Wow! I went through a bad marriage and finally left him (basically running). I left my abuser because God had been telling me to leave all along. I was packing to leave, and started thinking maybe it's wrong because til death do us part. so I should stay until things get better. But I heard another voice say, this is not the man I chose for you, this is the man, you chose for yourself. When I left it was nothing but God who got me through. I'm glad you were able to get away but religion is only part of our lives. If you disagree with some practices of your religion, it's unfair to point the finger at everyone just because you want to follow someone like Beyonce who doesn't go to church and wanted fame more than a high school diploma. Beyonce is not satisfied with herself. Having her nose surgery, lightening of the skin is not someone who secured with her own image. The cursing, gyrating and this is the person who gave you inspiration? Yeah, we in trouble, Lord, we are in trouble because the Devil is busy.But, everyone can't see it. some will make it and some will stray to the other side. Lord, another one drank the Kool-Aid.

  • Watching this again and seeing Blue on tour w/Beyonce now….I hadn’t quite realized how young she was and how fast time has moved since. During the Renaissance tour currently, Beyoncé brings out Blue right after this song, in which they proceed to perform during all of the songs & interlude that remind you to love & believe in yourself & your culture the most (“My Power” “Alright” “Black Parade”). Bey knows exactly what she’s doing. And it’s beautiful to witness. Love her and her family forever.

  • A lot of people consider this song to be anti-white but I'd like to consider it pro black. Some white people like to think blacks showing pride in their race means they are trying to downgrade whites. That is simply not the case. It is just black people being proud of their heritage and culture and where they come from. I do not see what is wrong with that

    @pettyking1621@pettyking16217 жыл бұрын
    • As someone who is white and Native, it's really a shame to see how much white people seem to think that pro-this automatically means anti-that. Just look at BLM. I'm pro-BLM, but that certainly doesn't make me anti-police. Or how they seem to think pro-choice also means pro-abortion. It's ridiculous. Brings a whole new meaning to black-and-white.

  • "Formation" was actually released in 2016 as part of Beyoncé's "Lemonade" album. It's a powerful anthem that celebrates black culture, empowerment, and resilience. The song, with its bold lyrics and striking visuals, sparked conversations about race, feminism, and social justice. Even though it's been a few years since its release, "Formation" remains a cultural touchstone, continuing to inspire and provoke thought.

    • Nobody is QUEEN OF music, it's too many people with talent and artist who have creative talent. Beyoncé just have good marketing people that work for her, like Whitney Houston did. Until we all found out that Whitney was a powerhouse of a singer but would take a liquor bottle and threaten you with it and fight in a minute. Didn't 50 Cents confirm that Beyoncé is different outside that stage. But, he didn't have to convince me, she was always the ghetto one in Destiny's Child.

    • urgent!! I was a trans woman and I was a prostitute and I also married several men and I was not happy. I traveled to many countries in search of happiness, I even sought happiness in drugs and drinking, it was a way I tried to fill the void in my heart. One day I was in my apartment in Rio de Janeiro in Ipanema with a guy, so I sent him away and talked to God to show me if hell was real. So I left and my soul left my body and I saw terrible things, souls falling into despair with a look of anguish and pain. they asked me for help and I saw the devil take the souls of those people. I heard screams, crying and despair. It was horrible. I saw my grandfather who died of a heart attack because he was an alcoholic and my grandfather died drunk. was there to drag him was terrible. I also saw a woman and a man who died here in Brazil in a fire in a nightclub called Kiss. the woman danced on her tortured nails, her gaze desperate. then I returned to earth and called a friend and my mother and told them what I had seen in hell. Today I am sure that hell is real and terrible. I have given my life to Jesus Christ, I read the Christian Bible, I follow the commandments of the Lord Jesus Christ, and I look forward to the return of Jesus Christ because I know that I will live in heaven with Jesus Christ. I cut my hair, removed the silicone and today I live assuming my original identity as a boy. I'm not a trans woman anymore because I know that's a sin and I know that there are sinners in hell who commit sins against God, whoever commits sin pleases the devil and when he dies he goes to hell! Jesus Christ loves you. accept Jesus Christ while you are alive. because if you die without Jesus Christ you will suffer eternally in hell. here is terrible!!!ooiuyewsx

  • I dont understand why there's a lot of people hating her for what she's doing. She's not a porn star, she's not a media attention seeker, she doesn't boast her life online about how rich she is, the media does that for her, whether it's true or not. I like the creative ideas that she brings with her music, that's all we should appreciate. It's insane how many white people hate her & some black people think she's overrated. Get a life, damn.

    @get0kat@get0kat7 жыл бұрын
    • havake I mean there's nothing wrong with thinking she's overrated. I like her far more talented sister and can't fathom why she's more famous.

      @ghkgjjlh@ghkgjjlh7 жыл бұрын
    • Both sisters are so different with their work, but both equally talented & beautiful. Everyone's entitled to their opinions yes, but my point is she's not doing anything wrong, she's encouraging younger generations to stand up for themselves black/white through music and her visual creations, she's more famous because of destiny's child & years of experience, Solange went through a lot of shit as everyone knows being a young mother, finally found herself musically during seat at my table, I'm sure Bey is more prouder than Solange is of herself & she is very protective of Bey, behind the fame & fortune their is genuine love. I personally think Beyonce' don't give a F about the fame, given a global platform to voice on for the sake of making the world a better place, even if it means fxcking up a few things, if I was in her shoes, I certainly wouldn't. She represented the southern culture in this video, all in all if I was Messy Mya, I'd probably be annoyed too, but humbled at the fact she doing the black america culture proud by showing the world America or white privileged americans, do not define african americans as the abomination of the earth.

    • Ffh Ffhns i know but that means that her music is excellent and that is just tea. 4 was leaked a month before its release and it became her lowest-selling album. I would've gone multi-platinium in the US... and ever since she's played herself but managed to have the best selling album by a black female this decade with BEYONCÉ (6.9M in pure sales and 9M SPS) and Lemonade is the best selling album of 2016 so she ISN'T a flop, not to mention Te Formation World Tour grossed 260M from 49 shows. But i mean, if she did the promo right, Lemonade would be at 5/6M by now even tho 2016 has the worst sales climate ever, but it is at 3M by now... and Formation could've turned into a HUGE WW smash hit. She's playing herself.

This diva right here is incomparable. one of one, number one, the only one. long may she reign!

I got nothing against anyone getting surgeries, everyone should do whatever makes them feel like a bawse. But that comment was slightly funny. The bodily features on which those people's surgeries were based on (features = lips/breasts/butt/whatever) are the natural features that majority of black women have. lol.

When it comes to the spiritual realm there is no such thing as racism and homophobia. Racism and homophobia is what man don't like not the spirits and the spiritual realm.
