  • What makes this a great food movie is that they actually paid attention to the food. They had Roy Choi actually there to help cook the dishes with the actors. I think John even spent three months with Roy before the movie. If you liked the movie The Chef Show was a neat series. Though I remember Season 1 being much better than season 2.

  • I love that Chef was the movie that was reviewed today, one of Jon Favreau's best and it had his fellow MCU-mates ScarJo and RDJ. Two episodes of Binging With Babish were done for the pasta and the Cubanos; the pasta episode was a breakout episode for Babish and caught the attention of Favreau. I would totally be in line at that food truck. Thank you two for showcasing this movie today, also fuyohhh to the collaboration. Also, Uncle Roger why you stressing about the bed getting dirty at 2:40? Considering how mmm-worthy that pasta clearly was and what likely happened later that night, that bed was gonna get dirty anyway ;) (sorry children) 😆

  • I’ve seen them talk about making this movie and he spent months in kitchens with chefs to learn how to really make all the food so the movie would be legitimate. And the movie made him like cooking so much it turned into a mini series
