It never came across to me the details you pointed out having watched many of his teaching videos. Those who dance tend to count like that 5678 then dance. Language and timing are prolly the reason why he doesn't finish counting. In english its one to two syllables though seven are usually said quickly. Its for the timing. But if the numbers are pronounce using hangul, it will be two to three syllables.. paibeu sigseu sebeun eiteu. Timing will be off.

@@ananyaasthana9668 the only two answers i can give from a dancers perspective are that 1, choreographers cost more money every time they come in. and 2, it’s best to get dance training from someone in the same shoes as you because they know which moves work better at the moment since the choreographer won’t be dancing for the entire performance like the other dancers. (hope that maxes sense 💘)
