    • This is the happiest gorilla family on KZhead and I think it's because D'Jeeco is such an easy going silverback. I wonder if he is typical of wild gorillas. But it could also be that the gorilla wives are sisters and get along well.

  • Jebali and Rungo are so lucky to have each other to play with. In the wild there are usually a few little ones in the troop, but sadly in the zoo the little ones don't have a playmate.

  • How on earth could anybody hurt these beautiful creatures?? I would actually do life if I caught a poacher I would gladly turn the gun on him. The way they are portrayed could not be further from the truth .. ..it breaks my heart watching any animal suffer..

  • There’s that behavior again. I’ve seen it in other gorillas and wonder what it means. 10:34 He touches his tit and brings his hand up to his open mouth and does it several times. It usually happens when their children are around playing. Funny how all silverbacks do this. I’ve seen Kyamasa and Shabani do it at the same time when they are together. Momo did it with his young Kintara too!
