the thing is, you can still be smiling and going social with your friends while you're depressed.. the most dangerous part would be when you're alone and that thought that you are trying to escape creeps in.. i think one of the cure would be to share the pain or have someone know you are depressed, someone you can really rely on, would give you that love, that warm feeling that stays in, even when you're alone

Yeah it's very common among suicidal people to seem ok around other people or it could be that Chester specifically didn't have to face his demons when he was with others..It won't necessary be 24/7,the feeling to end your life and there are moments where such people feel totally ok..Worst is when the person feel almost too calm and relaxed all of a sudden..That sometimes is when the person has made the decision
he probably was at this point depressed people arent always constantly crying they have fun too. When they lose hope or sometimes forget there will be better days is when its bad. Never forget there will be a better day.
Exactly, Sarym. It's known for deeply depressed people with serious suicidal thoughts that they can, all of the sudden, be very happy and relieved when they have made their decision to take their life at a specific day. And that can deceive people to think that everything is okay with them.

I've been told something that is somewhat interesting to think about. When people are depressed and then suddenly are super happy, they now know how they are going to cure themselves via suicide. So now they are so happy because they are going to be fine, but in the worst way possible. I know that may not make a lot of sense, and I'm sorry if it upsets people. I miss Chester too, and I just want something to give me peace of mind. I hope we all can find someone to be comforted; and if you need help with your own demons, please don't give up and go find help.

god, its so hard seeing Chester smiling and jesting in this video, he hid his pain so well since this was released a month before his unexpected and shocking passing. This was pretty much one of the last things Chester did in his life. I actually loved these silly songs more than their last album. The nuclear song is just a hit. I wish there was a full version of the song. Chester was gifted with the talent.

It just one of the strangest things ever that you're laughing at how cute and fun he's having but your heart knows he's gone so you're just there, very sad and happy at the same time. It's strange. I'm still not over the fact he's gone. I would be in a gathering with many people around, while they're having fun and laughing, and I'd suddenly be reminded of chester and the heartache comes strong that I just want to be alone. I don't want to eat or sleep. I can't describe how painful it is. But I know I lost a part of me with him.

I've watched this video so many times. I love Linkin Park. That cup o noodles song is so excellent. Chesters, "care" growl at the end was so good I had to listen to it a few times, gives me chills.
