I hate the SXS classes because no one airs them out. I like when guys just air out their old trucks , that’s the true meaning of tuff trucks, not someone putting around in their sxs crawling slow over every jump. Either floor it or park it.

Just a question, if the driver were to go to the right of the tire and go counter clock wise, why go around the tire twice? Seems to me going counter clock wise you would have gone around the tire completely 360 degrees.

Try using a steering brake on the spin around the tire. Or use a lever type brake bias control as used on dirt cars. Or connect the emergency brake cable to the rear tire u want to lock up for the spin around Tire . Or get a 2 wheel drive truck & hit the gas!

G'day from the land down under, this is entirely new for me, especially the pre-race prayer meeting, it took me a while to get what was going on. So is this a Christian car club, or is it general practice in North America to give thanks before the main event? In Australia we'd just hold up a beer and yell, "you little beauty", actually not even that for the most part. Anyway, give me a Cross Cart, kidney belt, one of those helmet to shoulders neck protection kits (Haas, Haans kit maybe) and a five point full harness seat belt, that would get one's pulse rate up. But it probably goes against the general shenanigans involved in an event such as this. Thanks for sharing, I'm going to grab a cuppa and be entertained. 👍🙃

First let me say, Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment. I maybe mistaken but your the first person from “down under” to leave a comment! That’s really AWESOME! Thank you! The pre-race prayer is only done at a few of the tracks we go to but the National Anthem is done at every race. I’m positive there are Christian people at these races but it is not a Christian car club. Just a bunch of people that love to race and sometimes destroy vehicles! LOL!

@@PetersOutdoors Yes, vehicle destruction or simply breaking something that you thought was insignificant has ended many people's days early. Like rally driving, when one is driving on the razors edge of the vehicles and your own limits something is inevitably going to go wrong at some point. Unlike rallying a lapse of concentration driving in the arena setting won't have you rolling down the road seven times gripping the seatbelts so your arm doesn't get crushed between the vehicle and whatever you happen to be smashing through, or you think that grabbing the steering wheel may add some control to the situation and not remove a finger or snap your wrist. Sorry, small digression. I would much rather have the vehicle end up imitating a banana, or hit one of those concrete barricades and give the spectators the willies than leaving bits of a rally car spread over 150 metres of a soggy sheep paddock. It's funny to think that the only part of the Australian National Anthem I remember is "My home is girt by sea". We aren't terribly patriotic, and it is nearly impossible to offend an Aussie but if anyone starts ragging on the ANZAC's from WW1 then we'll get riled up. Anyway, I'll be chasing up more of those videos in future, I was definitely entertained. 👍🙃

First let me say, Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment. I maybe mistaken but your the first person from “down under” to leave a comment! That’s really AWESOME! Thank you! The pre-race prayer is only done at a few of the tracks we go to but the National Anthem is done at every race. I’m positive there are Christian people at these races but it is not a Christian car club. Just a bunch of people that love to race and sometimes destroy vehicles! LOL!
@@PetersOutdoors Yes, vehicle destruction or simply breaking something that you thought was insignificant has ended many people's days early. Like rally driving, when one is driving on the razors edge of the vehicles and your own limits something is inevitably going to go wrong at some point. Unlike rallying a lapse of concentration driving in the arena setting won't have you rolling down the road seven times gripping the seatbelts so your arm doesn't get crushed between the vehicle and whatever you happen to be smashing through, or you think that grabbing the steering wheel may add some control to the situation and not remove a finger or snap your wrist. Sorry, small digression. I would much rather have the vehicle end up imitating a banana, or hit one of those concrete barricades and give the spectators the willies than leaving bits of a rally car spread over 150 metres of a soggy sheep paddock. It's funny to think that the only part of the Australian National Anthem I remember is "My home is girt by sea". We aren't terribly patriotic, and it is nearly impossible to offend an Aussie but if anyone starts ragging on the ANZAC's from WW1 then we'll get riled up. Anyway, I'll be chasing up more of those videos in future, I was definitely entertained. 👍🙃
