You would swear fat people are all monsters that steal and eat babies. Do they, these fat haters, share the same level of hatred towards other people also not having great wealth, like alcoholics or drug addicts?

I personally focus on cosuming enough plant based protein and i also avoid sugar, but i do other sweeteners like maple syrup and coconut sugar. Good luck with that, don't be afraid to eat a more wholesome diet instead of depraving your self. The vegan treats are amazing too so you wont miss out.

    • @@peachesandcream22 basically youre dense or have mal intent. i never said philip wanted to be a fitness guru. I said people who work hard and see results tend to improve their confidence. This goes for all aspeects of life. Physical health, school, work and personal realtionship. If you study hard for an exam and get into your desired university it will make you feel good. if you just sit back and dont study then you get depressed when you dont get into your school of choice. Being lazy and stagnant increases depresion. So ill bet a 400lb philip sitting at home eating nachos waiting for others to accept him will be far more depressed than a 200 lb philip going to the gym often and working on himself.

This movie is truly inspiring as a Russian speaker I have watched this multiple times and for non Russian speakers recommend watching it with English subtitles. But you are absolutely beautiful no matter what size you are or how you look like and you shouldn't feel like you need to look like someone else to feel good about yourself. I have a bend back and a naturally bloated stomach so no matter how skinny I am I always have a bit of stomach coming out which never makes me feel good about myself but I'm just saying this because no one is perfect and I can relate.

My bestfriend kept looking at my stomach, told me i looked ‘big’, told me i should start exercising, told me i was ugly. Mind you, i was about 55kg and 162 cm, so i was normal, but that got me so self concious i would starve myself for up to 5 days, try to make myself throw up, only eating 120 calories a day, weighed myself every day and if i gaines even just a pound, would have a meltdown and ‘punish’ myself by not eating the next day. Weigh is just a sensitive topic, and for what reason? I wasn’t fat nor was i overweight, yet it still affected me so much. Now that im older, and about 58kg and 165cm, i have a lot healthier relationship with my body. Even if im no longer my lowest weight ever (47 kg which was classified underweight for my body type and height), i dont miss it. Yes being skinny would be nice, but for the cost of my happiness and my life? To anyone that relates to my story, please know you’re worth more than that. • My wife was 125 when we married. She is hypoglycemic (opposite of diabetic) and in a few years she got to 275. I still loved her, what was uglier, my attitudes towards women, or the extra flesh on her body. On her own, she figured out what and when to eat. It took her 15 years, but she's now 148 and a knock out. We've been married now for 37 years, I'm soo appreciative of her.

    • Also nothing wrong with trying to impress a spouse either. It's why dating is nice, but relationships aren't. People get lazy and complacent. If I meet a slim and fit girl, it would be nice if she tries to maintain that. Similarly, women appreciate when men continue to wine and dine them after they settle. It's just showing your spouse you give a damn and aren't a selfish prick.

She literally looks like the average person and wouldn't be considered ‘fat’ in western society but since this looks like a Russian film I am guessing that's not their ideal body type... If you are in a situation like this here are some tips: Find a calorie counter and a step tracker, try to walk 10,000 steps a day, drink 4 bottles of water a day, and the most important thing to to do is to stay positive. Watch influential weight loss videos, hang out with friend that don’t care about how you look.
