Just watched the film and loved it. I its not supposed to be a romance, its supposed to have romance qualities in it. It's supposed to be about how she gets through life that, though may not have incredibly difficult hardships, they are obstacles to her. Just like we all face different obstacles in our lives, she finds out through this incredible thing called fate where she stands in life. She finds her home, not in a place, but in people; even those who may not be related to her. This trailer was what made me watch it, but it honestly does not do the film justice. Its not about the situation, its about the people in it.

Agreed! Just saw the movie and tbh I was pleasantly surprised with how it turned out. I actually really, really liked it. (plus Harry feels like a character inspired by the real life Harry Styles and I am *not* complaining hahahaha)

I just saw it, or some of it, on tv, because it has run at least 2 nights this week. The young guy flirting with the beautiful, slightly older woman happens a lot, especially if they know she's got money (though having her be 34 and him 25 would have been more believable). Three guys renting a guest house from her wasn't quite as believable, and them all caring about her and her kids was even less believable. The really unbelievable part, though it's sad to say so, was when Harry wished her the best and said he recognized he wasn't right for her, and let her go on with her life while still around him. That only happens if the guy has a side chick or two lined up.

So the whole time I watched this film I said omg omg this director stole the style of the director of holiday, somethings gotta give and it's complicated. So much of the elements of style and music is the exact same. Here the director of home again is the Daughter of director and producer etc of its complicated, holiday and something gotta give lol and the daughter hired her mom of these 3 amazing films to produce home again . It's a great film and although the daughter wrote it and directed it how lucky is she to have her mom know the formula of how to make a movie a hit. Amazing. I loved the film and I love Nancy myer's style!!!!! I feel so much better knowing she didnt steal the style she was gifted it by mom :)

This mother (and grandmother encourages) three grown male strangers to move into her house with two little girls living there five months after their family broke up and also let them baby sit on day one? Love the actors and I can appreciate that it's meant to be a cute chick flick but in real life, that would be considered very irresponsible parenting.
So true. Plus one of them was left alone with one of the girls to drive her to her guitar lessons jusr 24 hours after the men moved in. You dont leave children with strangers
