Hello again. In this video, I tried to show you how to make a tool that I need a lot. "Circular Saw Blade Sharpening System". I'm sure many people need it too. I used materials I had on hand. Laminated parquet flooring is indispensable because it has a slippery coating. As a sharpening blade, I used a diamond bit that can be attached to an angle grinder. My system is designed to sharpen knives with a core diameter of 20mm and 30mm. You can also sharpen small diameter and large diameter knives. Since the tooth angle changes as the saw diameter changes, there is an adjustable mechanism in the system so that the angle grinder can be adjusted at an angle of 15 degrees to both sides.

What a unique tool, and so off beat. For those cutting meters and kilometers on the circular saw this will be a god gift. As a two year old hobby, i cut about a few meters in a week! And still started mentally getting ready to make this. Here i am going a little off track, as a routine maintenance i spray some HD40 on the blade and clean the body and the teeths. This 7inch circular saw is mounted under the table. From day one till long, I had seen burn mark on one face of the wood Being a novice and also lack of skill. This does not have a riving knife and made me a lot uncomfortable. It never occured to consider to get the blade Sharpened as the use is minimal. BUT this Sharpening Jig I will make. Will download the plans tomorrow. Now it is 1:07am. Having inspired by DIY-ers and came across this great person Mr. Murat who meticulously in details shares plans, have boosted my enthusiam and energised this seventy three years old young man. I have a lot of circular saw blades that are dual, but I never had to heart to throw them away, as I was hoping to one day take them to someone who could sharpen them. Then I found your video and I was shocked! What a awesome tool and such a great how to video. I have subscribed to your channel and have shared to to many of my friends. I'm very impressed with all your videos. Please keep then coming and I will continue to LIKE them. Hello Mr. Samuel. Thank you very much for your nice comment. This tool is easy to make and very useful tool. You can also sharpen blades with angled teeth by turning the angle grinder. I'm sure you already know this, but I'll say it anyway. You can easily find the measurements in inches by dividing the measurements in mm by 2.54. That's all that needs to be done. I'm just giving advice, but please excuse me.

Bonjour. Tout d'abord, merci. En fait, l'outil a également été adapté aux dents à angle variable. C'est pourquoi je n'ai pas rendu le broyeur d'urgence stationnaire. Hello, thank you very much for your nice comment. You can find the sharpening blade I used on the internet as "Diamond grinding disc". If you can't find it that way, please write again.
My advice is to use a larger grain. With such methods of sharpening fine grain, there is a high probability of overheating the hard alloy. If I'm not mistaken, we used 125/100 (grain size/concentration)

Hi Kevin from Aus it is good to read all the emails about your machine it is a pity I can't read some of them, the type of Dimond grinding wheel we use is a 12a2 whitch looks like a saucer shape with Dimond on 1 side, the smaller the number [eg D60 is cause or D200 is finer} a finer wheel gives a better finish I think they should use D 90 to D120 grit one you can run dry I hope this helps them thanks Kevin Schlipalius

Привет. В этом вы правы, но зубья ножей у меня параллельны друг другу. Ножи с наклонными зубьями также можно легко заточить с помощью этого инструмента. В этом случае болгарка регулируется по углу лезвия и затачиваются зубья под одним углом. Затем оставшиеся зубья затачивают, перевернув лезвие вверх дном.

Bu alet hakkında sormak istediğim bir husus var. Alet dikkatli ayarlanırsa iş göreceğinden şüphem yok ancak tepsi dişlerini hep aynı yöne yada tam dik bilediğinizi fark ettim. Ben de bu hobi ile uğraşıyorum. Elimde olan gönye kesicinin ve seyyar daire testerenin dişlerini incelediğimde dişlerinin sırayla sağa ve sola açılı olduklarını görüyorum. Buna bir açıklık getirebilir misiniz? Teşekkür ederim.
Merhaba Nevzat bey. Öncelikle teşekkür ederim. Söylediklerinde çok haklısınız ancak Benim bilediğim bıçak Bosch evi serisi. Hepsi aynı mı bilmiyorum ama bendeki bicakta açı yok. Bütün dişler paralel. Ama açılı bicakta da bileme yapabilmeye uygun bu alet. Açılı taslamayi bıçak açısına göre çevirmek ve dişlerin açısına göre atlamalı yapmak yeterli. Umarım cevap yeterli olmuştur. Sorunuz olursa yine yazın lütfen

Merhaba Nejat bey. Çok teşekkür ederim. Ben genelde elimde olan malzemeyi kullanmaya çalışıyorum. Daha uygun fiyatlı olduğu için de MDF tercih ediyorum. Ancak MDF her yere uymuyor tabi. Yük taşıması gereken yerlerde kesinlikle MDF tercih etmem. Örneğin menteşe gibi veya hareketli kol gibi yapılarda huş plywood veya gürgen ağacı kullanıyorum. Mesela tezgah testerem genelde MDF den yapıldı ama siper (fence) bölümünde sıkma kolunu gürgen ve kolu taşıyan yan parçaları plywood kullandım. Çarpılmayan ağaç veya ağaç bazlı levha olduğunu sanmıyorum Nejat bey. Ancak bu ahsapları ürün haline getirince ve sabitleyince gayet düzgün kalıyorlar.

Bıçakları bilemek için bir süre yok bence. kestiginiz ahşaba göre zaman degisebilir. örneğin gürgen sert bir ağaç ama çam nispeten yumuşak. bileme zamanı geldiğinde anlaşılır aslında... ahşabın kesim kısmında testerenin izleri çıkar veya olması gerekenden fazla sürtünme olduğu için kararır.
Just watched this video again. Love it even more now that I need to sharpen my 12" miter saw blade! Is it hard to find the angle for sharpening those blades. Or pretty easy. Just resting the grinder up to the tooth edge? And do you happen to know what grit diamond wheel you are using? Thanks, Rick
Hello. The angles of the blade teeth should be written on the packaging. If you adjust the angle grinder according to this angle value, you can sharpen easily. Don't forget to set the delimiter as well

Надо было делать опорную плиту диска с возможностью наклона в обе стороны, чтобы затачивать диски у которых зубья имеют наклонную заточку.
Привет. В этой системе УШМ можно поворачивать на нужный угол. Таким образом, зубья можно затачивать на угловых дисках. Так как зубья на моих дисках были не под углом, то показать их на видео я не смог.

Murat bey elmas testere dişleri açılı mıdır. 0 derece (yani 90 C) derecede tüm dişler bilenmeli mi? Yoksa 1 atla 1bile şeklinde +5 - 5 derece şeklinde açı mı vermeliyım hangisi daha sağlıklı olur. Çalışmalarınız çok güzel elinize sağlık.
Merhaba Gökhan bey. Doğrusu benim kullandığım bıçaklar Eco serisi ve bunlarda açı yok. Ancak çoğu bicakta söz ettiğiniz açı var. Yaptığım sistemde açılı taşlama aletini çevirerek acı verilebilir ve açılı dişler de bilenebilir. Bu özellik genelde bıçaklar ilk alındığında bıçağın ambalajında gösterilir. Bu durumda açı ayarlandiktan sonra 1 atlayarak hatta bazı bicaklarda 1 sola açı 1 düz ve 1 sağa açı olabiliyor. Bunlara dikkat ederek gerekli ayarları yapabilir ve olması gerektiği gibi bileme yapabilirsiniz.
