They're not afraid of the humans in this clip because the humans are being quiet. Sometimes the turkeys also make a bad decision, and don't spook when they should have, which probably happened here.

I used ro be a gamekeeper in UK and we used shotguns and rifles. Not bows but i could tell straight aeay that bird was running. As a kid i raised my rifle and fired when my dog scared a pheasant. We once smoked out a rat sett and killed all the rats then turned the ground over to collapse all the tunnels. The man in the tractor stopped and shouted us over. We got there and there was a group of rat skeletons all mixed up. I was shocked cos rats will eat their dead if hungry and these skeletons were all whole and together. He just grunted "rat king" and wouldn't explain when I asked him apart from to say "I ain't a fucking rat. I dunno why they do that". Didn't hear nothing more about rat kings till I saw a KZhead video 25 year later lol. When he died his funeral was so big, the church couldn't hold them all and I never saw him before friendly and would work with him for hours and hear not much more that grunts but seeing that many people there kind of made sense anyway for reasons I can't explain
