by the rules it's the refferee'S decision whether or not to stop the game when a player is down. Those teams who played on didn't do anything wrong there. The person who was in the wrong was the ref. But of course with all that flopping and diving and acting out there it is also not easy for the ref see if somebody is actuall injured, so blame yourself if the game goes on while you're injured on the ground and think of it when trying to act injured the next time.
Hazard and the ball boy met again after a lot of years and things have greatly changed for both of them.

It is someway his responsability because if he didn't do the hand foul it would had been a goal for Ghana, while doing what he did gave to his team a maybe remote chance of avoiding the goal, but still a chance that they didn't have before. I play rugby and there if the team makes too many fouls or tactical fouls near the try line the referee can give to the attacking team a "penalty try" that, if you don't know (I say it just in case), it is 7 points without even try the conversion (a try is worth five point plus two more if you make the conversion, if you don't you earn only the five points of the try). I don't know if there's something like that in any other sport but it could be a a good way of avoiding those fouls that give an advantage to the team that makes them... Dunno, I just think it would be more fair...
