  • Fun fact about this match: Out of all 4 players, Hsieh is the only one not of Polish descent. Probably that’s why she could break the Polish curse for the mixed doubles 😂

  • Hsieh is one of the best doubles players hands down in the world. No doubt about it.

    • @@notsohandytim5090She did! Yes, her serve is her weakest but the placement is good and u can see some players don't return well. It's true her service game is relatively easier to be broken but it's her exceptional net skills, baseline and most importantly her rich "experience" that make her excel in doubles

    @liamlee8422@liamlee84223 ай бұрын
    • it just means it's an adjective, these surnames are usually derived from occupation, personal characteristics or like a place of birth. female version is ska, the same thing. for this guy it's hard to say, most likely his ancestors lived in town called Zieliniec or somethinh like that. or maybe they just liked the colour green (zielen)

      @stefankanapka@stefankanapka3 ай бұрын
    • It is adjective and in past it was mostly added in nobel names. But with time it became more Polish trades not just nobels. Like speaking on Mr and Mrs on dayly basis is also tradition from our nobels with now is integrated to all society. If you will speak to Poles You we will be offended.
