  • I heard the news and was immediately devastated. I came here to listen to him recite his poetry once more. I feel a deep emptiness now. The Earth is so much darker without this man. RIP K.K. I will carry the best of him with me until the day I die.

    • +Daniel Lewis Have you measured your blood presure before and after a few days? Also what weight are you

      @lucavanantwerpen3752@lucavanantwerpen37527 жыл бұрын
    • I'm 220 fairly lean. My systolic is usually slightly under 120 and diastolic around 66-69. I could measure my blood pressure tomorrow and see what it is but I only drained the blood because of what he said about getting rid of toxins and such.

  • No joke but i really do a lot better when making heavy attempts during full moon phases,although it sounds absurd.

    @ThePitPony@ThePitPony7 жыл бұрын
    • It is not absurd. As he said moon has great magnetism on humans because we are mainly made out of water. I have installed an app on phone so I can see phases of moon and can plan my training accordingly

      @kadijaish@kadijaish7 жыл бұрын
    • It doesn’t sound absurd at all. Only bro scientists or fetchist PhDs will think its absurd, the progress of science comes from questioning, researching and results, and that thing about moon and tides and all is one hundred 💯 observable for me too.

    • @@mm.7053 I actually used to work with a former psychiatric nursing Sister, i asked her if there was any truth in the full moon /lunatic /wolfman myth. She said that when she worked in that field (20 odd years) it was well known amongst her staff that on full moon nights the patients with a tendency to be explosively violent were markedly worse in their behaviour. The patients bever knew it was a full moon as they were in confinement so it wasn't staged, she was quiet adamant about it being a reality.

  • He is dead on right about giving/removing blood. Men accumulate iron and heavy elements and they need to have it released. It causes a lot of cardiovascular issues for many men. If you eat a lot of red meat, give blood.
