  • It is Awesome. The Brougham came with those Pillow Cushion Seats. Those 80s Paint was not as Crystal Clear as the Dam Nice Re-Paint. The Dual exhaust on the 5.0 Ltr gives it a 5.7 Sound. My uncle has an 1985 Two-Door He Bought New & is on his 3rd Paint job.

  • I was 26ish when this car was made and I'm a car guy-type person, so I notice things about cars, probably moreso back then. Couple things - for whatever reason those early-post 1986 vehicles with the third brake light - especially the '86-early 90s - they pretty much all didn't function very well. Especially GM vehicles specifically. They just went dead or the bulbs blew. I did own a 1986 Olds Custom Cruiser and mine never went out. I'm pretty sure it was only the ones that went up against the rear glass attached to the rear deck area. So, make a short story long, this '86 Caprice has that issue. Also wanted to mention, at the time this car came out I thought the front looked great due to the halogen headlight setup. I felt like Cadillac was late in coming out with - didn't appear until the 1990 model. That's it. 😅

  • Cars is from Illinois it looks like, they use salt on the road and the car has been repainted. Not saying there is, but the odds of that machine having a bunch of Bondo in her is entirely a reality.

    • All the panels are very wavy. If you look closely, If u know what you’re looking for. And if it was just a scuffing shoot, and they didn’t completely take the car part guarantee there’s moisture and the paint is bubbling up behind all the lower chrome trim on the doors

  • These were ugly cars but as far as ease of service on everything there wasn't anything better. They were comfortable. Plenty of leg room. Heater core where I think they belonged. 20 minutes and you had a new heater core. I like the 90s Buick and Pontiacs better for handling and size but these were good cars. They came factory with 205/75/15 but I liked to run 215/75/15's.

  • The exhaust is too loud on a luxury car like that. It has exhaust blowing out from underneath it. Looks unfinished without body side mouldings and pin striping which won't be cheap. Flaking paint on vinyl top trim moulding. Lacking F 41 Suspension and wide 70 series tires. Pass at that price.
