She's actually a really nice mentor and as she said she's not even half the level of strictness of other mentors/coaches. I love how she can balance playful with strict. It reminds me of my coach, but my coach gives me jellies and weakens my knees every time I get called out.

I don't think she was being strict although she was scary at times she was spotting obvious mistakes at least one other person whether audience or a judge would notice from their stage performance, she's a mentor trying to get them to be the best they can be and hopefully reach their dreams

Lisa really is a great dancer Because she knows that the trainees don't have to "overact" the steps (like many male idols do) she knows you can be masculine and a great dancer without making the steps unnecesarily big That's why i love female idols dancers more
