I agree with you. The young couple needs counselling and medical guidance on living with HIV. Yes, there HIV is like any other human conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure. This case was not handled well. The Court should have first established the following: 1) Is the Guy really HIV negative? If yes - then the wife must confess where she got the infection if she was not cheating. 2) DNA test. The guy clearly said he was expecting mwana in January. The Lady said the guy does not contribute anything and yet turned around and said he gave her $54 out of his $60 salary. Yes - it's small but compared with what he gets - that's all he can afford. Ife she wanted a rich guy - she should have focused on her school and look for a rich husband

I have been following headman Chigodoras courts for sometime and I found a number of shortcomings. There's this other case where there was a pregnancy dispute and the young girl was asked to take off her panties and hit the man's face and the boy was found guilty and responsible for the pregnancy. However the boy proceeded for DNA test which proved the child not his. Using outdated ancient laws in today's life is unacceptable.Theres is also a case of a man who they wanted to force to go to traditional healers against his wish which was later turned down by our formal courts as unconstitutional.. The chiefs court is very unfriendly to say the least

I have been following headman Chigodoras courts for sometime and I found a number of shortcomings. There's this other case where there was a pregnancy dispute and the young girl was asked to take off her panties and hit the man's face and the boy was found guilty and responsible for the pregnancy. However the boy proceeded for DNA test which proved the child not his. Using outdated ancient laws in today's life is unacceptable.Theres is also a case of a man who they wanted to force to go to traditional healers against his wish which was later turned down by our formal courts as unconstitutional.. The chiefs court is very unfriendly to say the least
