I started a burger business for my 2 kids [14 and 15 ] . They worked it by themselves on Friday night, Saturday and Sunday. Although the wife and I would help if something big was happening for high school. Anyway, each one made about $300.00 a month after expenses. They had more money than any of their friends. Point is flipping burgers could be a good thing.

They don't quite make everything from scratch (ketchup, mustard, mayo ingredients in their sauce... beer in their beer-battered onion rings), but I'd definitely eat here. Though the guardless mandolins give me the creeping heebies. I know they're probably safe because they've been using them like that for so long... but personal experience of almost shaving my palm off (luckily I realized, stopped short, and only got a bit of a cut) cured me permanently of doing that.

    • Every ingredient? They go through all that effort for that burger only to put that plasticy, processed shit "American" cheese on it. They could've got some mozzarella, monteray jack, smokey gouda.

  • This place deserves the #1 spot. I've seen a lot of places that serve food, even had one. Never saw anything with this much love into the food. Hats off, thumbs up.
