Tips (For crochet beginners): If you don’t have any stitch markers you can also use paper clips, ‘📎’ I hope that helps!
Or earrings!
bobby pins are also a good option, or little scraps of wool :)
Or safety pins❤️
I use piece of yarn :)
@@anamatovic5719 oh smart. That's probably the easiest option lol. Yeah just use a contrasting color and that's a great way to do it. 😄 Idk why I didn't think abt that lol.

@@ellrat3707 No problem.
the first 2 chains after the MC was so confusing to me bc it left 6 "holes" to crochet the round 2 instead of 4, so i just did "MC. Dc 4" to start and worked nicely
thank you so much for this!
When you say crochet all around. What do you mean?
FINALLY a bunny hat! You don't know how long I've been looking for a bunny hat tutorial that wasn't for babies wittle heads
hi do u know what yarn is she use?
wittle?😰
@@robbyaswat The comment is from a month ago but in case anyone was wondering… it looks like she went shopping at micheals since that’s the only place that sells the impeccable yarn and they also sell the red heart. Both are a #4. I hope that hellpppssss :3 1:36
nothing could have prepared me for that last sentence of yours T.T it truly is a great tutorial
Me toooo
im gonna make it because of newjeans
Same
Me too
sameee
Too much new jeans vibes
Same!
This is exactly what I came on youtube looking for.
Dude same where was this in 2013 when I was in middle school 😭😭😭
this pattern is great, thank you for sharing :)) btw if anyone else got funky ears at the beginning, i fixed it by starting with a magic ring with 4 sc and then you follow the pattern as instructed (you basically just skip the first 4 dc)
Tysm! So thats why im having a hard time and having to repeat it 20x 😭😭
I wish I saw this earlier! My ears came out huge and I decided to use a different flat pattern for the ears :(
I'm 100% sure this was recommended to me due to how much I watch the k-pop group New Jeans (bunny hats are their signature style), and I'm glad. I'm finally motivated to give the beginner's crochet kit that I've had for a decade a try. I think the bunny hats are adorable.
same
I’m making this for a new jeans cosplay ;D
Just finished one but with black instead and it’s sooo cuuute!!! Thank you for this tutorial!
i didnt realize how big my head was until i completed the beanie part 😩 gonna use my first attempt as a gift and try again 😎 this is my first time making any sort of crochet hat and the tutorial is easy to understand!! thank you so much!
Thought I was the only one, gifts a great idea
You can always add extra rows! trust i have a big head too 😭
a big help would to measure your head with one of those flexible tape measures and then add an extra 1/2 inch to an inch and then chain that. of course not everyone uses inches like the U.S. does so use whatever measuring system you use. hope it helps cause it sure helped me
If it's alright, could you possibly tell me how many rows you did the second time? My head is also too big for this, so I just want some suggestions for how many rows I should add/get up to 😅
Same haha it turned out too small for my head so I restarted and did 44 chains instead of 34 😭😆 and made 56 rows
This is such a lovely project! I've been wearing my crochet cat ear hat to death these past few weeks cuz it's been so cold out, so this should make a great addition to the collection 😄 I gotta say, in all my 8 years of crocheting, I haven't seen anyone decrease like that, but I suppose that would make sense (and it would probably save me some yarn too ngl, every yard counts!) so I'll definitely test it out. Keep doing what you do! It always warms my heart to see younger folks be so creative 💜🙏
all of your crochet/knit ideas are so awesome! 😍😍 keep feeding us well! 🌟✨✨
i literally JUST finished a bunny hat without a pattern and it's cute but it doesn't look like this, which is what I was going for. You posted this just in time for me to start a new one thank you !!
I'm DEFINITELY gonna try this once I get the yarn colors I need. I might even turn it into a bunny ski mask 🥰
DON’T FORGET TO CROCHET INTO THE LAST STITCH! your beanie might start shrinking, that happened and now i have to redo it. count your stitches! :3
Wish I found this comment sooner haha🥲🥲
@@rst0129 haha i wish someone made it sooner
crying because I read this comment before starting and still fucked it up 😭😭
@@kyrenyocum9175 aw i’m sorry 😭
I just finished and its lopsided 😭
Absolutely in love with the finished product! Thank you SO MUCH! I am in utter love and want to make a million more in every color combination possible!
i’ve been looking all over for a tuto for this omg thank youuuu
I just started crocheting a few months ago then took a huggeee break. I made a cat ear hat and then immediately sprung on this project! Thank you so much for the tutorial and it is so easy to follow :)
I love the way you're explaining things it's so adorable
For anyone who also follows written patterns better and/or may like to watch other things while crocheting (like me), I compiled everything into a pattern that makes sense for me and decided to share it! Obviously all credits to the creator for this pattern (p.s. to the creator: if you'd ever like to produce a written pattern feel free to use the one I've written here if you'd like to!) I just wrote this up as it's easier for me to understand/use than video tutorials! Also if I misinterpreted one of the steps please let me know!! Abbrev. Hello thanks for the written instructions! Just to clarify when you've done your 34th HDC for the first color, then you chain you, add the new color, chain one in the color, and start the next row?
You should include how many stitches in each row
Hey can you specify what you mean by “row”? The video doesn’t do a good job at explaining either
@@JSYUWU I believe it is going completley around once
Question! Do you SC between 7 and 8 and also 9 and 10?
IM OBSESSED WITH THIS ITS SO CUTEE! I had to improvise on the ears because I didn't have enough yarn, but it still looks SO GOOD!!
Absolutely love this sm!! thank u and keep up the amazing work!🥰💖
Yesss thank you!! This is the exact type I was looking for a tutorial for
This is the cutest thing !! I cant believe i just found your channel im loving the vibes already
Your tutorial is so easy to follow and your beanie is so CUTE 🥹❤️
This hat is so cool!!! I've always wanted to get into crochet so I'm gonna take this video as a sign to learn!
thank you so much!!!!!!! im a beginner now but after a few projects i have planned i will definitely make this 🥰 even tho im almost a complete beginner your video was very understandable and helpful!!
Thank you for this video! I've been crocheting for 2 months now and this helps a lot!
Yoooo! This is exactly what I wanted to make and you broke it down into a super manageable project!
This is awesome! I wanna make one for myself (after I finish crocheting everyone's gifts for Christmas, lmao)
You totally should and that’s so sweet that you’re crocheting everyone a gift 💕😭
@@ramenjeantv yesterday i started crocheting my little brothers a beanie(a normal one) and if i have time ill crochet this for my bestie and me!
this is so cute! i searched for bunny ears crochet hat looking for something similar to new jeans' bunny ears denim caps and this is sooooooo cute ^__^ will definitely try to make this!
I had the same reason!!
Same
I've been crocheting since 10:00 AM and it is now 8:40 PM as I am writing this and I have completed one ear and the entire hat. I am hoping if my hand cramp goes away I can finish the other ear but I found it super cute, and super easy. I am not really a beginner but if I was this would be super easy to understand! I am 13 years old and am so excited to match with my bestie with these hats (she made one too using your vid). TYSM for taking the time to figure this pattern out yourself and I hope your crochet journey goes well!
I made mine and it looks amazing!! I used another yarn size and modified the pattern by measuring how long and wide I wanted the ears, and it was very easy to follow as I’m a beginner!! I’m already picking up yarn to make one for my friend 😊 thanks for the tutorial, it was very easy to follow and you explain in so well!! ❤
That is super cute !!!!! I think I'm gonna do this 💓✨
Hat part: 1.Ch 34, ch once more 2.29 hdc SC last 5 stitches 3.Turn work, ch 1 4.(Back loops only) sc first (or last depending on the row) five stitches, hdc the rest of the line 5.Ch 2 every end of a row 6.Repeat step 4 until you have 19 total rows of your first color 7.Switch colors and keep repeating for 19 totals rows of the second color Sewing Fold the work, SC in each and sew them up that way (one part of each color from their stitches) Cut, pull through Closing/the tip On ths SC side (the more scrunched side) weave the needle and thread in and out as close to the edge as possible (be sure to secure the yarn first) Pull but not making it too tight, close the gap left
I'm sorry, but did I miss anything? Cause after the additional chain in the beginning. It should have 35ch in total. Then, after 29 hdc, isn't there 6 stitches left?
@trevorlai1232 I think it was 34 so then 5 left
@@trevorlai1232 single crochet in the last 5 stitches, and skip the very last chain you made
@@madelynncarpenter651 thank you! i think i got it. The additional chain is a turning chain right? Thanks!! ((:
@@trevorlai1232 yep!
it turned out amazing, thanks for the tutorial
This tutorial looks easier and its well explained ❤
please never delete this thank you so much
Trust I won’t 🤞
this tutorial was so easy to follow, and quick to finish! took me less than a day, and i’m in love with my new beanie! thank you for the video!! 💗
I did this with chunky tan and light pink yarn! I love it! Also you are so pretty! I wish I was that pretty.
I really love this tutorial! I'm a semi-beginner and I was able to complete this in a day :) I used a different pattern for the hat that was based on my head measurements and what would fit me personally best, since it's not usually one size fits all and I wasn't sure what hook size you were using, however I did follow your pattern for the ears :). I used a 5mm hook and the yarn I used was just a weight 4 Caron 1lb (yes, a whole POUND of yarn lol) skein I found at michaels. I've done arumigumi before so thankfully the magic circle and crocheting in the round weren't any new concepts to me! Thank you so much for posting this, I absolutely love the hat!
its the fact you can draw, knit, crochet, and sculpt for me. YOUR LIVING MY DREAM.
Omg thank you
@@ramenjeantv omg yw
Using this tutorial to give my headphones bunny ears. Thank you!!
OMG TYSM FOR MAKING THIS TUTORIAL I WAS SURCHING EVERYWHERE TO FIND A TUTORIAL
the editing of this video is so cute 😭😭
Yeah, that's what I looking for! :3 Thanks 🥺🐰❤️
Thank you so much! I recently learned how to make a beanie and this showed up on my recommended! im definitely gonna try this I just need to buy more yarn Thank you again!!!!!
It’s so cute, I am a beginner and your tutorial really helped me!
I'm just starting mine and I'm using black and white! This would look great with a pair of matching gloves. I'm also adding a big star on the ears and two on my gloves! Love it!!!!
Brilliant tutorial! This is only my 3rd project so it turned out a little wonky haha, but I know where I went wrong. Can't wait to try it again!
You are so pretty! i'm making one of these rn thank you so much for the video! Edit: i finished my hat, but the one side had more color than the other because of some differences in the yarn, but overall, it turned out cute!
thank you for making this tutorial!!!!! i appreciate it so much 💖
Thank you so much!!! this was my first ever crochet project (first time crocheting ever even) and it was super ez to follow
tysm for this amazing tutorial! its supper easy to follow as a beginner :D
It's been legit like a decade since I last crocheted anything if you ignore the one time during the lockdown when I wanted to start again just to find all my yarn already fell apart due to age.... Anyways today I bought myself some yarn after work and went to make this hat ^^ As of writing this I'm only a few rows into the work and it's great :3
I was following another tutorial and the ears were so long and I hated them this is so much better. Thank you
I was looking for this! I wanna make if for my Bsf for Christmas! Thank you!
Thank you for making this tutorial! 😍 I just hope that there's an exact measurements like in cm or inches, so that we can make it using a different yarn size. ❤️
KZhead recommendations brought me here and I’m so glad it did :D wow that hat is so so cute!!!! You did such a good job 👏❤
Love this! I love the stuff hooker corner sells! Always wanted to make myself but I’m such a beginner
Love this hat so much, I almost started to slip stitch the sides together and im glad I didn't cause the measurements don't fit my head, phat ass head I guess LOL but yeah for anyone out there with a magnum chrome dome like me who don't have a measuring tape, just wrap a piece of yarn around your forehead area and snip it where it meets and u can use that as a measuring tool for how many rows u gotta crochet! Also helps cause u don't gotta count as much lol
3 days ago I’m so lucky gonna make it noww thank you
Thanks for that. I was struggling to make those ears but ur video helps a lot.
i LOVE this bunny hat 😍
HEY! ♡ I made a bunny hat thanks to your tutorial! It is the cutest thing ever. 😍 thank you for the tutorial!
Ahhhh you're giving me so many things to makeee, I shall be makin this after the Marceline sweater
I been waiting for u to post this omg I rlly love ur work
Awwwe thank you
It looks really cute and easy to do ! Might do that as a project for Christmas is I find some leftover yarn at home :D
I just found your channel and you do very good crochet and knitting work. I've been crocheting for a year and I enjoy watching tutorials on youTube. I also want to learn how to knit and I've been watching different tutorials. Do you think you could do more crochet and knitting videos I love your work!❤❤
instead of using a yarn sewing needle i usually use my hooks to sew its a bit difficult but it does its job!
trying this rn, it looks so cute, let's hope it turns out good😭💪🏻 + off topic, you're so prettyy💕
i've been looking for so long and now i've found it! 😭
me encantó, te quedo hermoso!
So awesome!!! I made one. And my mom loved it!!! I put the safety-pins on the ears so it kinda looks like the pins are holding the ears. ☺️ I love it. Thank you! I’ll only be making these for people now 😂 specially for all the NewJeans Stan’s I know
I’m so happy you love it and that everything came out well!
YOU ARE SO PRETTY
I made it !!Took 2 days but da best decision everrrrr🤩🤩
I tried this pattern and loved it I think the only thing that tripped me up was the ch2 In the first part because it left me with a gap but I think that’s more on my skills than the pattern, but I absolutely love this because I couldn’t find it anywhere else
Hey, I'm a lil' new to your channel and I love it!🥰🥰🥰 I've been trying for years to get my daughter into the yarn life, but she always thought it was too "old lady." Since watching you, she's actually started working on this hat!! She's even talked about doing all of the patterns you've shown so far😄🤗 Thank you for making me cool! i made my friend this hat for his birthday!! he loves it
Thank you so much I really needed such indepth tutorial like this.😍
hi do u know what yarn is she use?
Really easy tutorial to follow, however having stitch counts for the ears would be helpful. I was very confused about how many stitches i should have when ending a round. I followed another commenter’s advice and instead of a magic loop of 4 DC, I did a MR with 4sc and it turned out great. I used Hobby Lobby’s I Love This Yarn! with 5mm hook and the hat ended up way too small, I had to add 2 extra rows of each color. If I repeat this project I would probably add a few extra chains at the beginning as well as extra rows!
I love this pattern so much, but I just wanted to let you know that Hookercorner does have a buyable pattern for these hats
This video was very helpful and I loved it I just made the ears bigger but other than that I love this pattern and you did an amazing job explaining
So hot, I needed this ty!! I just finished a beret but this is what I want!
are we the same person?? multi media black artists?? I love this piece. Im happy i found it right after my friend asked if I could make her one of these for her birthday haha

why 24 cm?
Gurl u could even use safty Pins or some a yarn

I’m gonna start making it with green and white and I’m so exited (Btw you are so gorgeous)
Hi, I hope you got better quickly! As a suggestion, could you also please list the amount of yarn you used in the description as well as the weight/size of the yarn? Thank you for the tutorial! I am a beginner and hope I can do it! :D
Honestly, about a skein of yarn will do the job! and you can use any weight of yarn! but make sure you are using the correct hook for the yarn and good luck!
It's size 4 yarn. The "normal"
