If the hardwood boards only come in 5.4mtr lengths use them from the back to the front then use road plate for the other 400mm at the headboard end as nothing will really have its full weight on that little bit near the headboard.

Dan with your Rollon off flatbed, those beds only cost 1.5k from military surplus, why not buy a new bed for spare parts and save all the hassle, plus they are stackable beds, just an idea mate.

In the penthiouse just have the lift company recalibrate yhe landing height of the elevator.. seems obvious if its a personal elevator... Or raise the floor in the lift..and have it land lower ln the ground level if it cannot go highet. Seems like a small problem i.m.o ?

Absolutely true about people constantly changing what you agreed on so always get them to text or email conversations about costs and with construction and machinery it's that much constant issues and problems you get to realise that there are much easier ways to make a living and not put up with everyone else putting their problems onto you as your problems as they phone you up and say I've got the plumber coming on the 20th and expect your digger to be there that exact day when they should ask you what day can you manage to come with your digger before booking the plumber but that's construction and contracting every day and you have to really want to do it or it would drive you mad

Don't often comment on here but this was a cracking vid, I've watched ALL the weekly vids and making my way through the stand alone ones. Funny, Concerning with Terry (but know it was precautionary as I've had similar with heart monitors) Very concerning - the truck with the smoke but seeing the banter and laughs although being serious for the business is brilliant! Also Daniel and Trevor at the end - so funny and relaxed! I hope whatever the plan / idea is, it all works out, because it sounds like you were having fun, enjoying and wanting something special to happen!
