I think the last owner must be a guy who really has a passion for life because this house has so much his/her own characters.
It’s so cool to see a house someone is clearly enjoying and putting their mark on. Not my style, but so often home tours are beige and boring (nothing wrong with that!) and I really enjoyed seeing the joy in this house!
Great potential, excellent location, but… kind of disappointing. No pool, no spa, no lift. A deep pocket buyer would have to build under the football pitch, probably adding more garage space as well. I’d rather have the squash court than the tiny boxing ring. The kitchen, the gym, and the cinema room are the top spots. The first room needs urgent painting 🤣

It looks lovely driving up that long drive to what looks like a lovely house. If they’re looking to sell it though I suggest removing a lot of the personal things in it, painting over some of the murals and having it professionally staged. As it is it’s very hard to picture living in it. Great kids house although I think you’d have quite a time getting them to do their schoolwork. The chicken pictures are a hoot. I loved the tv room with the secret bookcase. That was very tastefully done and elegant. And I’d convert the boxing ring back into a squash court or hand ball court.

You 2 are hilarious and really great at this..you know what?, I think this home has been for a young family...( IDK, a football star for Liverpool?)...and it seems like a happy house for a family that likes to keep fit...all the places for the kids to play and study...and places for the mum and dad to be creative and active too...great relaxing areas...it's got everything. Even though my style is really different, maybe more art and style vibe, I can definitely honor the life this home has been leading. The location is off the chain...great video!!

Master suite/coffee place/sitting area upstairs is fantastic
Nice from the outside (nothing a few pots of white paint couldn't fix) much smaller main bathroom than expected for such a large property, a similar size that you would find in a small flat. Some awkwardly shaped rooms and narrow areas didn't really have a purpose. The best points were the lounge, main bedroom, and kitchen (which looked like the only rooms the Lady of the property had a hand in...instead of the kids). The worst points would be the need to be fully redecorated to make it a liveable and tasteful home... and smaller on the inside than the outside appears.

The interior needs alot of work + this isn't a new built home it has been used as shown in the tour. No swimming pool, small garage and a small foyer for a 7 mil mansion.
Wasted opportunity. This property could look stunning internally with the right interior designer who knows what they're doing. No comment on how it's currently fitted out.

It's not a new build if it's been lived in. Whoever destroyed the interior needs to have it removed and neutralised unless they want another overpaid "musician footballer" to move in and not impress the neighbours. The front promised a large rear garden but didn't deliver. Shame.

Incredible house. I really hope whoever owns this is a soccer player or boxer otherwise this is super weird. If I bought this the first thing the same hour I signed the papers is have painters there taking care of those horrible murals etc and de-10 yearing old the tacky parts of the house. Thankfully his wife seems to have stopped him ruining most of the house. LOL
I imagine if you Google players who played for Liverpool and Crystal Palace you'll work out whose house it is. Definitely retired but still young. Might do some work for Fulham now as their training ground is just around the corner.

Well what can you say Mmmm .. Great house, garden a bit small for the house.. Just all the stuff in it the first room they showed us, games and all that tat . It looks like a nineteen year old lad who's won the lotto is selling it he just happens to support Liverpool. Well as long as he gets a very big truck and takes all his stuff out the house and I get the painters in shouldn't look too bad when I've finished.
There is a property in Eversley Crescent, London that I would love to see in one of your video tours. The agents are Statons Estate Agents, and I saw it in one of their videos. The problem is that it is a gorgeous and huge property (I could count 5 bedrooms but it is probably more), and they made a 2 minute video! 🤡 Didn't show much of the details. 🤷♀
It's risky to decorate a house in a way that is sooo specific that others who don't like what you like can't imagine themselves living in it. The house has very specific decors to ignore.
You generally find people don't buy a house for the interior. They usually have the imagination to look past it if it is not to their liking.
In this price level the new buyers will just hire a decorator.

Very unique to be sure. The exterior is absolutely stunning but I wouldn't rent it "as is"- All of that sports decor has to go and someone needs to decide on a theme for decor to pull all the rooms together.

For a new build i was disappointed, the architecture is old school style rather than modern. I like the fact it has a lot of land with it.
