The log cabin design is undefeated imo. Creates a stable structure that lasts long & provides plenty of openings for more kenneling or more wood.

Other then using the Bevel to strike with this is awesome

The only thing that bothers me is the use of your blade to strike the rod. Stop it. Use the back side, even if you need to file a 90 on it. Blades are for cutting and processing materials, not spark creation. And stop pushing the knife over the rod, pull the rod away from a stationary knife. Other than that, your vid quality is excellent.

which one burns fastest
TeePee burns the fastest, but is the hottest, then the log cabin, then reverse, then lean to, then star, then Sweedish Candle (or Bundle... I think he called it). Each one burns cooler, but longer than the previous one. The only other one worth knowing would be a dakota fire hole.
