  • This is a great idea for you as a beginner rider. There is nothing more important than writer by a mechanics for every level of riding no matter how old you are or how experienced or educated you are in riding. It’s just unfortunate that this instructor went far to quick with you and didn’t really spend a lot of time on the details and go a little bit slower with you. I’m not sure that the saddle was even the right size for you and she definitely should have lowered the stirps because you’re rear end is all the way in the back of the saddle your Knees were almost too far over the blocks and your lower leg was in a chair seat. It’s too bad that she just didn’t spend more time on the basics with you instead of rushing through. It would be great if you could do another lesson with someone that could really go into detail with you on proper body mechanics and had to move your body with the movement of the horse , and keep your joints in your legs and your lower back supple to absorb and go with the motion of the horse. You should check out Mary Wanless ride with your mind trainer/instructor, Wendy Murdoch, centered riding - Sally Swift and Susan E Harris.

  • You fr have improved so fast, just make sure that you go into a two point over jumps, even on the simulator lol it’s a good habit to build, if you look up jump position that should help 🤗

  • Shouldnt use winter as a weight loss programme, should insure they dont gain to much in summer. Weight ideally shouldnt fluctuate massively between seasons. Maintaining a healthy weight througout with good management is the aim.
