Oh, do you now
Again, this was a wonderful surprise from Charlie. He was not kidding when he said that the score was going to be different... and he was right. It kind of caught me off guard a bit. With the score for X, Clouser has decided to not only return to his musical roots but also experiment with new sounds to create a truly interesting and wonderful listening experience. There is a lot more hopeful, calmer and warmer moments. We get some wonderfully sublime melodies (particularly with the cello) and beautifully soothing piano progressions. Reminds me of Baptism from Saw 3 and Boz Wife from Spiral with hints of Game of Thrones/House of the Dragon in the mix. But what I did not expect was more choirs. They’re usually in the background. Particularly with a trap or during a certain scene. This time, they’re played more often. Bringing this kind of hauntingly somber and gothic melancholy with a profound sense atmosphere. In fact, Gabriela's vocal motif plays a few times throughout the album and I really love that. It sounds very emotional. Of course, it wouldn’t be Saw without some delicious carnage and Clouser more than delivers on this. Complete with creepy atonal strings, intense brass, chunky sounding guitars, dissonant electronics, creepy sounding waterphones and heavy drumming going on. Another thing that pleased me most was hearing the signature ominous textured and frenzied tremolo strings from the first 7 films returning once again as well. The soundscape is really quite unique and devilish sounding. Brilliant return to form! Overall, really amazing music from Charlie as usual. I can never stop listening to this man. It might be my favorite Saw soundtrack by far.
This is so good. The zepp x is THE BEST ending theme of a saw and that says A LOT
Out of all the Men to cheat, you picked John Kramer? I mean… I call that… EPIC BAD LUCK!
Please..John, Please..Please don't kill me. :(
That’s the last thing you should be worried about
Now I wanna play a game
I really like the screechy violin sound for Diego, Valentina and Mateo’s trap

Thank you so much Charlie Clouser for making your music a staple of Saw! Love the score

Which one is the eye vacuum trap
Sadly that one didn’t get released with these, you’ll probably have to look up “eye vacuum trap ost” or something along the lines of that to find it. It’s pretty easy to find when you start searching; the reason it wasn’t included is because the creator of the song (Charlie Clouser) didn’t want to release the soundtrack because it sounded bad to him.
@@hauntedmalk Plus, he felt like the piece didn't fit with the rest of the soundtrack, which has more of a somber and emotional sound to it aside from the tradition of including a Zepp reprisal
@@w33dn0se3 yeah. Still unfortunate.
^^ Basically what they said, but you can still listen to the Eye Vacuum Trap score here - kzhead.info/sun/Y9aMkdmilnaan2g/bejne.html
