That defender and disco showed how its done 😂 with such ease and fair play to that series ambulance😂
That ambulance is huge and being left hand drive he did so well getting it around some of those tight corners!! The ambulance is all marked up properly now look forward to seeing it again next year!!
2nd video I've watched on this channel (1st one was the Spicy Lane video). You've earned my sub, can't wait to see more content from you! I especially enjoy seeing the Land Rovers. It's particularly fun to see the L322s people think of as a luxury pavement princess out there hitting hardcore trails like their rough and tough ancestors!

I've driven Dunlop hill several times and one of the things my old RRC seems to be particularly good at is climbing hills. I think it's because the old V8 and the automatic "slush" box gives it a super smooth torque curve.

Some of these drivers don't seem to get the lock on for the corner. The following vehicles need to give some space to the car ahead if the vehicle ahead needs to back up and take a run. Diff lock is what they need, but don't have. Jack, the Japan Alps Brit

Yeah it’s a series 2 Marshall ambulance all kitted out for camping when we did strata Florida on the classic run you could here all the kettles and things bouncing around inside haha 😆👍👍
And heavy hence it’s slowness

She’s a stunning series one! The owner has done a great job restoring it!! And loves nothing better than getting it out on the trails as most are tucked up in barns and lost or rotted out!.😎 enjoy the channel 👍

@markburton8303 the ambulance is stunning it’s massive and left hand drive so he did really well getting that up the hill!! Series 2 marshal ambulance he’s painted the crosses on it now looks really good!!

Went two weeks ago definitely been graded in the last 12 months good really as was getting bad
Yeah was regraded few months back it was pretty hard going after it was regraded due to being loose rock and not compacted enough but it’s one of the best lanes in that area!! 😎👍

It’s a steep old hill isn’t it! Great to see all the different vehicles We’ve taken up there! Ross in the white L200 has nailed that corner now! 💪😎👍
Yes steep . There was a posse of jeep wranglers going the other way . A group outing
@paulmanners1364 would love to have a jeep wrangler out with us on the trails!! We got stuck on that hill for 4 hours once caught a group up who blew both diffs on a disco we reversed down and another group coming up did the same blew diffs on a disco we we’re sandwiched in the middle! 😬😬😆😆
If you want really long and super steep try the gravel track that climbs to the ridge out of happy valley ..
Is happy valley still TRo? I know there’s a big bog hole in the middle of happy valley think they need like 60 tonnes of rock to fill it!..😬😬

That’s a Great Wall steed Chinese truck looks like Mark five golf haha we did a river crossing before this hill and it was smoking really bad not sure why there was even more smoke here haha 😆😎

Don’t know the post code but it’s easy to find.. Put in brechfa into google maps head to bwlchqwyn farm Turn right off the main brechfa road head to ynys-brechfa Dunlop hill is on the left you’ll see unsuitable for motors sign 😎👍

Then it’s knackered haha!! These range rovers that come out with us have been pretty reliable engine wise..and that silver L322 sounds so good with those big meaty exhausts!! 😎👍👍

@@zsracer7830 Disco 3's are far less likely to snap a crank than a Disco 4. The 3 simply doesn't have the guts for it. Facelifted Disco 4's I believe were fitted with thicker crankshafts. But in reality as long as you accelerate up the revs as smoothly as possible you won't have an issue. Those V6 engines are designed to work hard, laning is right up their street.
