Kampoeng Kopi Sugara is a new tourist attraction in Cilacap which is developing the concept of integrated farming. Where tourists who come can learn to process coffee from beans to a cup of coffee. Despa Damar Sugara (23) who is the son of land owner H. Nano Surya Hadiyono, has succeeded in encouraging robusta coffee cultivation in his birthplace. Planting robusta coffee tree seedlings since 2018, meaning that it has been almost 5 years since Despa has developed robusta coffee on an area of ​​7.5 hectares with a total of 15,000 coffee trees.
The Karanggintung specialty robusta coffee development business has now also been marketed to several cities on the island of Java. Both in the form of green bean and powder. Thanks to this success, now the farmers of Karanggintung Village are also starting to be interested in participating in coffee cultivation. To continue to develop Karanggintung's unique Robusta coffee, Despa also opened "Kampoeng Kopi Sugara" an educational tourist spot in Karanggintung Village, a place to drink coffee as well as educational tours. ..
