But I think my statement still stands, as, they lost a ton of their metal when dropping down to an Apocalyptica of just three; plus a quartet a cellists sounds so MUCH better, than a trio of them (to the ear, as in the phrasin', though maybe considerin' the music too, as well...). As a 'trio of cellists' has A BIT of a _menage a tois_ flare/feel to it. (Not that there's ANYTHING wrong with that! I just wouldn't exactly Call IT: METAL! Lol)

This sounds absolutely amazing. The addition of Rob's bass adds some amazing low end to the already amazing sound of the 3 cellos.
What I love from Apocalyptica is that they could cover any Metallica song and it sounds like that. But they put a special touch into each cover they do, not only for cellos, but for the technique, the emotion, the passion!! Great job, as lovely as always!!

Apocalyptica rocks!
Saw these guys in Brasília (Brazil) about a month ago. They played with a ton of energy throughout the entire night. They played their original songs and a bunch of metal covers. I was NOT expecting a brief rendition of Refuse/Resist, by Brazilian favorites Sepultura. The crowd was very impressed by the skills of all the musicians, including their guest singer. It was a fantastic concert and I'm glad to see them releasing a new Metallica album, which is how I discovered the band a loooong time ago (late 90s/early 00s).
I think, if memory is right they also have a cover from inquisition symphony also from sepultura

Great cover version of an amazing underrated classic by Metallica, one of my favorite songs by Metallica. I'm so glad that you collaborated with Rob Trujillo, this is really an epic collaboration! Metallica and Apocalytpica together, this is awesome! And I like the contrast between the classical and elegant look with the suits and the rock look! The shots on stage, especially the ones with your shadows under the lights, are spectacular!
