I like what am seeing colaz big big improvement on the house. But one thing the veranda and steps are not safe for Tarzan or nobody. So you can transform the back room into bathroom and kitchen those areas don't have to huge .huge. Again the fowl coop is a good idea. Also the land is well fertile to plant any ketch crop cultivate. Grungy should be doing that in the meantime to make a little money, get a few friends to help her, i think its a good idea.
