Mt. Fuji Jelly Recipe UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE CELEBRATION

Recipe
First, make the white gelatin.
1. Add 5g gelatin powder to 30cc water and let it soak.
2. Into a new heat-resistant bowl, add 100cc milk and 60g sweetened, condensed milk. Place the bowl in a microwave and cook for 50 seconds set to 500w.
3. Add the water and gelatin powder from step one and let the gelatin dissolve.
4. Add 100cc milk and mix.
5. Pour this in a container of your choice and refrigerate for an hour until hard.
Next, we'll make the blue gelatin.
6. Add 20g gelatin powder to 120cc water and let it soak.
7. In a new bowl, add 200cc blue Hawaiian snow cone syrup to 600cc water.
8. Cook the water and gelatin from step 6 for 30 seconds in the microwave until the gelatin dissolves.
9. Add the syrup water and mix them together.
10. Pour the blue gelatin over the hardened white gelatin you had in the refrigerator. Refrigerate for three hours until hard.
