Chicken fillet
Marinate📍
Salt, paprika, black pepper to taste.
olive oil
Soy sauce
Garlic optional.

  • I tried today added every thing according to my taste, using same technique, it comes out best. Simple recipe but perfect results. I used whole wheat flour instead of white flour and corn flour. Result was theeee best. Alhamdulilah. I already yried many recipes for KFC broast, all complicated and also not good. JazakAllah brother for such an easy, simple but great recipe. Now Also I tried this recipe without coating, simply marinated for 24 hours and then fried or you can roast in oven.....theeeee best.... Be careful while adding salt, otherwise chicken will be toooo saltish to eat...

  • I wondered what purpose dipping the meat in water after having coating it with flour. Now I see that's what makes the chicken leg "extra crunchy " . Interesting. Had never seen that before.

    • The first water is called brimming...i put a bowl with chicken salt and water and just let it sit for an hour. It locks in the moisture for chicken. Sometimes i do more seasoning too.. 2nd time yes your correct its double dipping for extra crispy layer.

    • Try it with mango's, eithout the salt. It tastes like mango sorbet. I do it every summer. I also freeze grapes and use it as "ice cubes" in drinks. It does not water down or affect the the taste of whatever you are drinking.
