To be honest here ac origins had more details and had outstanding graphic visual of animals and marine life than Ac valhalla .. that valhaala is downgrade of almost every game that came before it except fishing .. even the animals a.i looks like puppets or cartoonised animals
Yep, the Wolf mounts in Valhalla was basically a Horse reskin lol. The Wolf's run animation had the same sound effect as the Horses haha. The swimming animation and everything else for the Wolf was basically a Horse with a Wolf's skin. I thought Valhalla was going to be one of the best Assassin's Creed games but it turned out to be one of my personal worst AC games.
@Star Gaze Yeah the mounts were lazy and the wildlife was a downgrade, but yeah there's no use to argue about someone else's opinion because we all have our own opinions. So save your energy bud.👍🏾
Vahalla is shit in terms of animals and pretty much everything else, the story was lame, honestly didn't give two shits about Eivor, gameplay itself was terrible, especially the glitchy-ass climbing which made those anomalies frustrating to deal with. Fishing was dull/boring, raids were also boring/repetitive garbage, building the settlement became a boring ass chore. The game is one huge disappointment.
@@crimsongamer2337 Yep and another thing I didn't like was that EVERY house loot had a puzzle to get inside. Some homes didn't even have front doors so you had to go inside from underground, through a window, from the top of the house, or find leverage to shoot the wood off the door since it was locked from the inside...and then other times you had to have a key. Like having to find a way into every house just to get loot was very tedious...especially after doing that over 100 times... Unfortunately I have OCD and can't help but to go to every icon I see on the Map. But yeah, Valhalla was easily one of the worst and most tedious AC games in my personal opinion and experience.
Valhalla is probably the best game since Ezio Trilogy. Origins, Black Flag and Unity comes close though.
Another fun fact is that if we kill 4 cats we will get desynchronised in AC Origins since cats were considered to be divine creatures in Egypt

not just in Egypt, killing dogs/cats are red flag in majority of countries
Many pharaohs would have their cats mummified as they believed it would keep evil spirits away and give them safe passage to the afterlife

Just in case anyone got confused by the penguins - they are great auks which have gone extinct in 1852.
I was just about to say that. Now I appreciate the historical natural aspects a tad more in the AC series because of the animals they include.
Of course, and the penguins are not found in northern hemisphere of the world.... They are beings found in Southern polar areas and Galapagos Islands....

I love, how animals attacking each others in Origins. Once I was fighting against a hippo, when a lion jumped on its back and killed it.
in ACO you can pet animals, there’s an ability which let’s you tame the animal of your choice. and another fun fact is that if you crouch close to a cat bayek will pet it

The snakes not moving is not a bad AI it's just how snakes react when they feel threatened, they just stand their ground and if you back off and leave them they wont follow you

Don't know if anyone's already said, but Connor can use animal products to craft items in the log books that you find shops or at the homestead. Selling them is not all he can do

Hey you forgot the parrot in AC4 If you go to havana, at the viewpoint by the church (the one without the graveyard) you can see a caged parrot and you can even pet it! I think they can also be found in or near some taverns

Fun fact : Hidden Blade is the most Overpower weapon in AC1 but of course its cannot block
Throwing knives are the most op as well, so if you wanna be a powerhouse, stick with those two weapons

I love that assassin's Creed is also educational on it's historic cameo and references depending on the time period, like I was weirdly surprised when Benjamin Franklin appeared in the Assassin's Creed game that took place during the expedition, I was weirdly surpsied because I never thought id get excited over a Ben Franklin Appearance in a game.

Yes horses were removed as the streets of Constantinople were too narrow and the map was relatively small compared to other 2 trilogy games.

I really like the naval system of AC4 Black Flag, I'm surprise they decided to drop those feature for all the future AC games.

In ac2 and brotherhood you can use your horse to activate super blend for stealth action And in ac3 if you craft saddle then your horse will carry unlimited tools like ammunition/bullets,rope dart etc. 👍

Got to start playing AC origins a few days ago. This video reminded me of a moment in which i was searching for a treasure in the waters of a lake. Not much time after diving in, out of nowhere my character gets into battle mode and as my first instinct i swim back to the water margin, just to notice a huge croc was full-on sprinting towards me. I went back down water, as I thought maybe it couldn't submerge in the lake, since i always saw those animals on the edge of the lakes, but that thing went after me! In addition, I couldn't believe the amount of anxiety and adrenaline i felt from that moment. Having to dodge away while in the middle of panicking then going up the margin once again and, from that moment on, not being able to identify the creature, even though i knew it was still chasing me until touching the solid ground and killing it there. Sometime later I discovered crocodiles in Origin have no sort of grab animations, so they just bite you until you're zero'ed, which was kind of disappointing since it would add even more tension to them. Still, i've just had greater experiences whatsoever and i'm proud to say it's a good game to spend your time.

Amazing video brother, I may be in the minority here but I loved both Origins and Odyssey( got platinum only on Origins cuz the wolrd design, fauna, flora, deserts and pyramids were the best thing for me period. I hope Valhalla wins me for the dark theme viking stuff and improved graphics and gameplay. I want to smile and feel happy like Origins. Hope it wont disappoint

In AC Valhalla Synin can also be a mini dragon or a falcon. I'm not sure if they are any more variations but those ones I know of.
In the new Assassins Creed Games you can play as an Eagle and look very far! That is awesome! 🦅

@@hunterofthebigfootwithinte5609 No fucking wonder why rdr2 got a great hunting system, and the animal skinning feature still amaze me and satisfying to look at till this day.
Ac Odyssey definitely is impressive and is one of the games that has the most animals, all with unique behaviors, with and introduction of Legendary Animals as well, something to note as well is the animations for mounts. Ac Valhalla has beautiful landscapes with animals that look like real life, the mounts are impressive and look different and beautiful, but the animations are mostly the same, there are Legendary Animals, but mostly they’re similar to Odysseys, but one Legendary Animal is actually made different, it has a rock texture to it, most of the other Legendary Animals in both games are just recolors and sized up default animals with a few new attacks. Both games are stunning though. Both in Looks and behavior. (unity probably has the best graphics tho)
Something that’s weird in ac Valhalla is that they have turkeys and moose which weren’t in England at the time.

Just to let you know that flamingos are in AC black flag, they are mostly on random islands that Edward can not got to, but they do have ai, and fly away if you crash into the island with your boat
Bayek and Kassandra/Alexios can pet and feed Senu and Ikaros (you have to wait without touching any command and when the eagle is on you, you can feed him and it will pet him, if I remember well, we must push the triangle on ps4 for doing this, but for pc I dont know)

AC origins felt like a horror game sometimes with all of africas predators lurking in the Bush, lakes n hills of egypt i cant remember how many times the crocodiles scared me while i was diving in the merky depths of the nile and Cobras attacking me in the dark temples
Or when you went in tombs and never knew if you would get jump scared by hyenas and who knows what else

The one thing I don’t like is how Ubisoft’s animals have no detail or texture, especially horses. The horses bug the shit out of me, even more so in the newer AC games because that is mainly all you really have for travel besides running/walking. I would wish that Ubisoft would create the time and effort to make the animals seem more lively.

I never thought AC III has more animals than AC IV and this video is "incredibile".
You forgot to add that you can feed your birds in the myth trilogy by staying idle and allowing your bird to perch on your arm. Also, you forgot the iron boars in Jotunheim. The fact that you can customise Synin to be a wyrm and that Synin is a Raven, not an Eagle, though you can get an Eagle skin for her.

I believe AC III was a major upgrade in the Assassin’s Creed franchise for the first time in a long while but a major downgrade as well seeing how Desmond Miles was killed and my favourite music composer Jesper KYD was no longer a part of the AC team from AC III.

AC Origins was perfect, i loved every second of it
For the first time you could do fishing in AC Valhalla BUT they made it so tedious that I would destroy my mouse and keyboard trying to mash the button (Space bar being the most abused) SO I resorted to just shooting fish with my bow as it preserved by space button.
