Plucking is my go-to visual trigger to calm down and fall asleep. Sometimes I use plucking asmr videos for stress, anxiety, and hard times, which is 100% effective for me, cause it keeps my mind distracted from whatever my brains kept me overthinking. But for sure, when plucking hand movements contains hand sounds, in some way it is so relaxing, mainly if it follows mouth sounds.
ASMR triggers you will see here: hand movements close to the camera, hand sounds, tongue clicking, mouth sounds, finger fluttering, plucking hand movements, and whispering. I hope I managed to take good care of you and that you have a great night's sleep (or that you're feeling calmer). Also, it's so cozy when ASMR follows a dark background 🙌

  • This video is a masterpiece. It is a symphony of hard work and physical instruments. I watched this in bits of 5-7 minutes...that was all that I needed to zone out. This performance is so consistently good that a viewer could randomly start watching anywhere and immediately become numb. The hand movements and finger fluttering are still my favorites. Just amazing, Juliane!

  • I never realized how relaxing and good it sounds when you do hand sounds while plucking at the same time. I mainly enjoy hand sounds but this combination is amazing lol.   • I like the scratching when you say scratch at the same time and the wave hand movements I like it when you say the wind and do the sound of the wind and also when you just do the wave hand movements without the sound effects.the best those give me lots of tingles. Also a lot of the hand movements are great also especially the finger "clicking" and rubbing of the hands together.

  • Estaba viendo este vídeo, relajándome después de un largo y duro día de trabajo y pensaba: quién nos iba a decir al ser humano que haríamos vídeos delante de una cámara para que otros se relajen y otros dependiéramos de ellos diariamente para poder dormir, con qué niveles de estrés llegamos a vivir para poder comer, estamos locos.
