Garden Update 25th April 2024

This is the gardening channel you watch when you want to feel good about your garden... I'm not great at weeding or maintenance... but I have fun and enjoy the colours and produce I can get from my garden.
Things are starting to get a bit colder around here (Ballarat, Australia) and the plants are starting to enter their dormant phase (or at least their cold weather phase).
But this opens some opportunities for some redesign options.
Before I make any big changes I managed to get a report on my soil quality... if you want to get your own soil tested, for Victorian's it's free (well you cover the cost of posting it in)... I believe the rest of Australia can also get tested (but with a possible cost)... it seems there might also be an option for Europeans and those in the U.K.

Sorry about the quality of my little garden diagram... I originally wrote it on paper but wanted to try and make it a bit neater... as I was doing it I noticed that the writing was getting hard to read so I changed to black... but it should give a rough idea (there are also tulips, daffodils and hyacinth planted by the bird bath in the middle of the front yard).
