TERRIBLE NEWS For Lance Stroll After Aston Martin's STATEMENT!

▶︎▶︎ Lance Stroll’s latest incident in China has made him one of the most talked-about drivers on the grid yet again, but for all the wrong reasons. After looking at the onboard from the Aston Martin driver, it was clear that the lack of attention as well as professionalism after the incident is something that should never be accepted under any circumstance in Formula 1. With this in mind, should Aston Martin already think about an era in which the father-son relationship of Lawrence and Lance won’t play a huge factor in the team’s success, and is there any chance that Honda could ‘nudge’ the investors in the right direction?

    • As a father of two young children what I make of the situation is that Lance is a spoilt child with a case of arrested development. He has seemingly never managed to achieve anything in his life without his dad holding his hand and it has made him develop a sense of entitlement that is beyond his skill as a racing driver. He is unapologetic when he messes up because he has seemingly never been held accountable for his screw ups, in fact it is the exact opposite. Anytime he fails to deliver or completely messes up, the whole team is seemingly geared towards excusing his failings and instead talk him up even more. I’ve never heard of an F1 team “being built” around a driver that has spent his whole career being bested by his teammates, yet those are the exact words that came out of Aston Martin team principal Mike Krack’s mouth. It’s this misplaced cheerleading of this through and through mediocre driver, that has caused Lance to develop a sense of entitlement that he can do no wrong and that others are to blame for his failures. And why ? All because his father is the team owner! Lance has the worst teammate record in F1 right now bar Logan Sargeant. From 2017-2024 he has been bested by every teammate in the h2h qualifying stats. In fact the only time Lance has managed to best one of his teammates over a season in anything, was during the 2018 season h2h race finish stats against Sirotkin at Williams.

Fernando staying with the team I hope will bring him the rewards that he so deserves. Give him the car and I believe he will deliver. • Aston Martin needs to grab Sainz while they can like a previous commentator said and reduce Lance to a test driver role. A safe seat will always damage your motivation if you are that arrogant. Alonso clearly has a completely different mindset, with masses of self motivation. Honda have that winning mentality and will not be happy with a driver that does not take it seriously.

  • We know Alonso sets a high watermark for Stroll to aim at, but his recent performances suggest he isn't up to it. He can be quick and competitive, we saw it in the Force India car, but that seems a long time ago. Alonso was fullsome in his praise when he joined AM, about he would work withLance. We don't hear too much of that now though do we?. The team has let Lance down strategically on a number of occasions both in quali and the race, but Lance just doesn't seem to have the ability to get the car further up the grid without verging on the edge of an accident. Drugovich would show him up if he got the chance. Felipe is a real talent and kicking his heels at AM is a waste of that talent. He'll go to Indycar for sure...........one day perhaps Lance ends up there too. Maybe Honda will insist on the change.

  • What I find unfair is that everyone is judging Stroll on his perf relative to a 2 time world champion who is known to be able to place cars that generally dont handle very well several places higher than they deserve to be. Stroll when paired with Vettel didnt look as bad. Fernando has that rare ability to extract extra performance from a difficult car that many other f1 drivers wouldnt be able to. I feel for Stroll cause being FA's teammate must be extremely hard on his self confidence and ego. Alonso outperformed his team mates by a wide margin like 80% of the time. Fisicella, Villeneuve, Massa, Raikkonen, Young, Ocon, Trulli, Button, Piquet, Grosjean, Vandorne, Marques and Hamilton. Some more than others but in that list you have Massa, Button, Raikkonen and the 7 time world champion Hamilton who finished equal in championship pionts to Alonso even though the team favoured Hamilton due to Spygate. Many in that list were excellent drivers. You have 4 f1 world champions in that list and FA wiped the floor with them all but Hamilton.

  • It seems Mike Crack knows who pays his salary the way he is defending Stroll junior. The sad part of it is that it is quite obvious to anyone seeing it that Stroll was at fault for the crash. As has been shown he was not even looking at what happened in front of him. He should have been given a much more severe penalty for it. He doesn't deserve to be in F1. He is taking up a seat for someone who actually have the skills to be there (yes, i know F1 have had pay-drivers for years and Stroll is nothing more than that considering who his father is). As long as they keep Stroll as a driver they will not advance much if at all towards the top teams. It also seems clear to me that Stroll is not really doing anything to help his own situation and improve. I must have missed it in the video, but where exactly is it that Aston Martin give a statement of terrible news to Lance Stroll???? I don't see it anywhere in the video...

Look how much his father does not give up and invests more and more to bring his son to the championship. I also believe that his father is with him And his son does prove him when necessary - but because of his love for the son - so towards the world he shows his love clearly and the son will always be the driver of an Aston Martin.

Daddy Stroll should start another team, put Lance in as lead driver, and a mediocre prospect from F2 as 2nd, then have at it. Hire Sainz or Perez to be 2nd to Alonso in the lead team.

If Lance were my son, i would have shitcanned him 2 seasons ago. In fact, i would have shitcanned Lance and saved Checo to join up with Vettel and Alonzo.
