While building a house has sense, digging weird holes in the forest doesn’t make sense unless you are going to use it till it is not useable anymore. I would like to see how they are going to fix the ground so it doesn’t make any harm to animals and humans. While you are sitting and thinking that you are watching art I am going little bit further than that. Maybe you should also try it snowflake man.

Until just a few decades ago, this was the way most houses in the world were built. In my country (Jamaica) it is called wattle and daub. Many people still build houses like this in other parts of the world. It is good to see the art is not lost but has been refined somewhat. It's really economical. We may need it again!

“Gradually?” She’s making one video per week. Which (along with the moving camera) shows that she’s not actually doing this alone. Her crew probably throws these buildings together in a couple days, then the next couple days editing the video together, to create one video per week.

It's simply amazing what she does with one tool, the resources literally available at her finger tips, and how easy she makes it look. I never had more of an urge to go to the backyard and build a home from scratch. Marvelous work! I do wonder what happens to the other homes she left behind.
These should be thought of as temporary sculptures, not actual constructions. They wouldn’t survive the first real storm.

@@madamesproete These videos are fake. In a few videos you can see where modern power tools were accidentally left in the camera’s frame. Also, in some shots the camera is clearly moving, so we know there’s at least one other person there holding the camera. And finally, if you look at how frequently the channel publishes new videos, you can see that these constructions can’t be taking very long. These aren’t intended to be real constructions; they’re performance art at best.
I hope people are getting enjoyment from them. Why cant we get an answer as to what happens to these treasures?

I had a friend in Puerto Rico that went to school and showed the children how the children of the villages, don't remember to place, any ways as soon as day grow up or start walking they start giving them different chores to get them strong they watch their parents carry sticks, rocks and they have to do the same thing little by little to get them strong and got to the field or like this lady in to the woods to start earning there food. I was crying because you see the majority of the kid's boy's and girls playing game's complaining that they don't want to do this or that. So lot's of parents just do the job themselves.I know women that don't know how to cook because mom always makes the food and they just sit and eat, or go to work and spend there money on different thing's. Omg we're the reason why lot's of teens don't want to do anything, while other's are trying to do something to help. For the government here it's abuse but not to these people, they start since small. Lot's of us were very poor and past through hunger, lot's of night's thinking what will my children eat. Back in the day yes you suffered but there was a lot of respect. Nowadays we're not seeing that. Yhe way thing's are going we're going to have to try and plant our our food because everything is getting to expensive you go to the supermarket and you buy three or four groceries and you pay almost 100,00 dollars and you say omg. On the news they were saying that its global because of the changes in weather conditions and other.

I was so mesmerized by her hand work and the way she wove her house into a home. It's unbelievable and beautiful. She must be so strong to just carry all that wood, mix the paint, carry the buckets....so much to do. God Bless her heart. Wish our young women knew how to do that today. They can certainly take a lesson from her. Whether she had help or not, it still shows her skills at gathering wood/bamboo, weaving the pieces of wood and getting that clay with straw together to make her home. Amazing. i pray she has many years in her home.
