On March 11, 2024 my son was taken from us through stillbirth. We’re burying him in just 2 days as of writing this on April 10, 2024. My heart breaks every time I wake up and he’s not growing inside my wife. He was 24 weeks in the womb. I hope to see him at The Crossroads one day. I’ll miss you forever Theodore K. Martinez.

But as an adult, seeing so, so many people I love taken away, this song is even more comforting to me than it was when I first heard it. To all the wonderful people we’ve loved and lost, may we all meet together again one sweet day at the crossroads. May all of us be blessed this year and in the future. ❤️🕊🙏🏻

@@ChrisJProductionz Nah they got huge in the mid 90s Grammy nominations and wins..They are my fave rappers ,do I wish they were more famous? ofcourse, and sometimes I think if they began rapping in 2000(if they were a decade younger), they would be because rap had greater exposure and became more mainstream in the 21st century, but they define a mosaic of the golden age of rap so I'm content, besides they've had a long career though to me their best stuff was Creepin on Ah come up,E1999 Eternal and Art of War ,after that it wasn't the same

I've only watched this video in its entirety, maybe 3 times. As a black man, I cry way too much when I even hear the hook due to my dad dying, so I simply cut the song off. Recently, my little brother died of a heart attack. However, now I feel some comfort in this song. I still cried, but at least I got thru it, this time. As a strong black man, I'm okay with crying on this song. RIP dad and lil bro. Love n miss u dearly

My heart goes out to you, I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my dad too, he was assassinated in cold blood for what he knew about our Tribe (we are tribal Incas, a lost Tribe of Israel), he gripped his wood grain wheel! This was my favorite song in the 4th grade, I have an uncle George who I lost soon after my dad, and I thought God wrote this song for me because none of the other kids knew what it was like. In shamanic ceremony re-claiming my tribal roots, i met Papa Eleggua who comforted me about my father, and taught me how to call Judgement at the crossroads. I met Baron Samedi, who is my protector from the assassins, since they HATE us tribal folk and I was left alone. These spiritual giants have protected me since they've been gone, and strengthen my walk with Jesus Christ/Yeshua HaMashiach, in Our Father in Heaven Yahuah. I was taught Judgement is a secret name of Jesus, since THEIR Judgement means OUR Salvation, His Name is Yahushua of The Way. This song is so DEEP it's a Hallelujah ~

We will be seeing them here in Milwaukee WI in May . My dad loved bone thugs and harmony. He passed away June 21st 2023. He always wanted to meet them. My mom decided to take my 16 Year old brother bc he had this song playing for the last few months. Hope they sing this song at their concerts here !

The hardest part about getting older is knowing that someday, our parents will be at the crossroads. Watching people you grew up with get old and will no longer be here. Time moves on, but memories are forever.
Thats even more in my mind
Amen. My father passed in 2013 cause Agent Orange ate his heart. I'm with my mom now and will be with her til she passes. When she goes my family will have been almost wiped out
The scariest thing about life isn't the stick and stones that break your bones. The scariest thing is watching the people you've made so many memories with become a memory.
Naw I think it's YOUR OWN death until you realize there's absolutely nothing you can do about it because it's the inevitable, so you just accept it
It’s sad for me cause the people I make the best bond with just disappear out of my life and I never talk to them again. I have some good memories with those people and wish there was a way I could gain them all back... somehow
Isn't that the truth! I just buried both of my parents the last 8 months

I try to explain to those born after 2000 how huge of a song this was. It was the biggest I'd ever heard of before or since. To all of us on the way out, and to those who have had loved ones cross over - Gods bless you, we'll all see each other on the other side I reckon. No fear, just love.
Man watching this as an adult has made me cry so hard. They were ahead of their time.

Sorry 4 your lost. You gained a angel. You you feel low talk to your son. Bet things turn in your favor a couple days later.
I’ve always loved this song since I first heard it as a teenager. I’d seen a couple of people pass by that time, & almost passed myself shortly after this was released. But as an adult, seeing so, so many people I love taken away, this song is even more comforting to me than it was when I first heard it. To all the wonderful people we’ve loved and lost, may we all meet together again one sweet day at the crossroads. May all of us be blessed this year and in the future. ❤️🕊🙏🏻

As an adult, I understand these words more now than I did back when it was released. It hits differently when you realize life isn’t always sunshine and rainbows.

Yes. That's the truth.!!!
I agree with you

I've known that since like 7, it's a rough world. Not for the weak of mind or heart.
This was a rap symphony with a beautiful video attached to it.
I'm 47 yr old white man , Grew up with Bone Thugs , end of this video when it's revealed heis an Angel hits even harder now 😢
As someone who was almost "angelified" before this song came out, I recognized him instantly

They would’ve been bigger if Eazy was still alive
This song is so DEEP it's a Hallelujah ~
tears are sent from those great memories and the good lord to let you know you had real love. to remind you what real love is. tears are a blessing. its the most human thing. shortest verse in the bible jesus wept. tells you right there tears are a blessing or the lord wouldnt have had them. and jesus wept at the loss of his loved friend

I was at my Grandpa Prince's house about 2 or 3 days ago. And, he had a heart attack. I called Mom and she and my brother came. Mom then called his neighbor, Laquita. She then called an ambulance. I didn't know it was a heart attack til a couple of days later. They took him to Tahlequah Hospital. But, they were full, so they took him to Tulsa Hospital. I'm still praying for him.💟
Comments have me sad af. I Pray everyone here lives their life to the fullest and touches as many people in a positive way
I don't care who you are, white or black, where you're from, the suburbs, country, or the city, I don't care if you're a king or a beggar, we all face the same fate and same judgement in the end. If this song doesn't hit your feels, you're already at the Crossroads.
