This is a static review of the Kollter ES1-S Pro Electric Motorbike. The bike is also know as the Artisan and Tinbot
Green-Mopeds.com is a London based electric-only moped and motorcycle dealer and importer. We started in 2017 by signing a dealership with Torrot (torrot.com/) after initially seeing an electric moped for rent on holiday in Portugal.
Since then we looked for more brands and became the UK Importer for ECCity Motorcycles from France (www.eccity-motocycles.com/) and then Super Soco (supersoco.co.uk/) from China.
In early 2018 we were then approached by Askoll (www.askollelectric.com/) to be their first London dealer and soon followed by Lifan who were lauching their first moped the E3 (www.lifanmotos.net/product/ddc....
Later in 2019 we also signed up with SurRon with their hugely popular and lightweight LBX Lightbee (www.sur-ron.com)
Mid 2019, we signed up to be the first dealer for Niu (www.niu.com) and sold the first 9 of their new NGT model when it was launched at the end of 2019.
In early 2020 the UK Importer for Torrot moved on to other things and we became their importer to support existing customers of the Muvi range.
Later in 2020 after a request from a customer, we signed up with Artisan (artisanscooters.com/) to sell not only their brand but also Horwin (www.horwinglobal.com/) and Kollter (www.kollter.com/).
We have been approached by many manufacturers to become their importers which we will consider when the time is right.

  • Good review... So far the first one to explain the provision and use of the combined braking with 2 sets of levers. Much appreciated.

  • Your shop And channel is a very good source of information for international viewers (such as myself) as to what to expect from the latest release of EV motorcycles.

  • Hi! Thanks for very informative video! Is it digitaly limited, i mean top speed limited to 60mph and you could trick it by adjusting its digital speedo to smaller tyre size than actuall and gain some 5- 10% extra speed?

    @MartinLV.@MartinLV.3 жыл бұрын
    • So you are suggesting that telling it you have smaller wheels will make it go faster?

      @GreenMopeds@GreenMopeds3 жыл бұрын
    • @@GreenMopeds and swapping rear sprocket for smaller too, only if it were digitally speed limited...

      @MartinLV.@MartinLV.3 жыл бұрын
    • @@MartinLV. telling it it has smaller wheels will show a faster speed but won't achieve it. If anything you should put bigger wheels so more distance is achieved with every rotation of the wheel. However if you put a smaller sprocket (and shorter chain) that would achieve something because the wheel will rotate more with every rotation of the motor

      @GreenMopeds@GreenMopeds3 жыл бұрын
    • @@GreenMopeds i meant to have bigger wheels and telling it, that you have smaller, same with sprocket... Also, who will crack the bms will have extra 6kw to play with...

      @MartinLV.@MartinLV.3 жыл бұрын
    • @@MartinLV. I think you might be trying to trick the bike. Bottom line is that you need to get the motor to rotate quicker or get each rotation to travel further by putting on bigger wheels. The changing of the wheel diameter only gets it to show the correct speed, it doesn't affect the speed

  • Hi, is there any indicator lights for charge level of the battery? I know this sounds a bit silly, but the batteries on my battery operated lawnmower actually show me the state of charge.

    • We havent heard this is de-restrictable but if you changed the sprocket, obviously you would need to change the chain too.

  • Wait so the battery is just a sort of standard part? Where can you buy it? That has worried me about plenty of electric bikes. I don't want to be caught without options in case something happens or I keep the bike for a while. Maybe it is different in Europe but in the US I can't find anywhere to buy parts for this bike. Also I thought I saw this bike with a belt before is that in the non-pro version?
