  • This is such a phenomenal video. I am planning to invest in lighting, so I will be buying this ring light only. I just had a question. Does this ring light gets heated that it creates problem while shooting for long ?

    • The maximum time I have kept this on is 4 hours and it gets a little bit heated. But doesn't create any problem while shooting

    • Actually when using a ringlight, your concentration is on the screen of the phone ( the phone is placed in the middle of the ring) therefore you are not exactly staring at the light.

  • Hi your video was a great help. Can u also tell me if we don't want to attach ring light to the stand in outdoors, can we attach just mobile phone to the stand and use it like a normal tripod? Planning to buy DR-14 C. Or it's not possible and we need to attach ring light for attaching phone, though we may or may not switch the light on??? Please help me know as you are using it already.     • Hey you can't attach your phone to the light stand but you can attach it in your ringlight and just not switch it on

    • The backdrops that I have used in this video can be used as a flat lay backdrop too. After that, you can place your camera on top and shoot whatever you want while just showing your hands and not the face.
