    • Right like motion always been compared to SU but for what reason though.Motion always had power they just never had the size but they have always been who they have always been. And you can’t just give credit to where it’s due.both bands did an awesome job.but let’s not forget SU got blown out by 14 tubas and they had 34 be real.

    • Yeah, SU showed real class and also gave some respect to Brian. I’ve gone to most of the home games and I don’t remember them doing that for any other band. In truth, I wasn’t always sitting in my seat for every zero quarter.

  • I notice some touting TxSU mellos. They write their music to have all, (ALL) other sections silent or playing very low to have them stand out that way. This is why their songs sound chopped up. The Jukebox plays their song with mellos playing in unison while all other sections are getting after it and they still cut through. So stop fooling yourselves thinking that they are better than other mellow sections. They play many of their parts alone. That's clear as day.

    • get over it man, this is a business, Texas southern has absolutely nobody at there games. the 50 yard lines are prime season ticket holders. you don't loose that money to sit a band. you have to prioritize man.   • 14:41 pretty much confirmed it man. TXSU is HALF the size with twice the aggression. It’s no way you can listen to that with an unbiased ear and think them boys ain’t full of killers. Them mellos/trumpets is bringing back the old school aggression with the supers. Not to mention hunter/B pen game is too much for Taylor, Todd and Kenneth. The 5th (might) seal the deal.
