I still enjoy watching movies of Amitabh from 1970' till early 1990's. I love his movies such as kabhi kabhie, amar akbar Anthony, muqaddar ka sikander, suhaag, naseeb, coolie, mard, khuda gawah, shakti, kaala pathar.
I'm a fan all the khans, kumars and devgans but this man changed the indian cinema to a different stratosphere. His acting skills, emotions with intensity and versatilality is unmatched. When we were kids we used to love his films, the first movie watched his was 'Toofan' and from then his films never ceased to amaze me;my all time fav was sholay and deewar. For me amitabh is the baap of all actors.

@@muntazirmehdi7326 i believe Rajesh was biased against Rafi because even though Rafis voice suited him better, he still prefered Kishore. Amitabh was not like that, he respected Rafi tremendously even though Kishores voice suited and sounded like his, deep voice.this is why Amitabh is respected so much even today.

Your right all bollywood actors have movies that have cringe performances. Including the three Khans. Maybe less so Amir Khan who is kind of perfect. But Amitabh is perfect, there are movies of His that are bad but one thing for sure his performances is always watchable. I've never seen any performance of Amit ji that is cringe to watch. I If you watch Anil kapoors first Hollywood movie its a cringe fest. Amitabhs is Class in The Great Gatsby

Mohammed rafi sang for all leading star's of 1950's, 1960's and even for new heroes in 70's and early 80's. He sang for almost 200 music directors. No singer can boast of such record!! Some music composers had reservations giving songs to your sher as he would not be able to do justice to particular songs.

They pressured music directors to not allow entry to new singers and only hire them and no one else. But MOHAMMAD rafi saab always encouraged new singers and was never insecure over their presence. He had a heart of gold with no hatred for anyone however small or famous they may be.
You don't know anything. You are blaming Lata Mangeshkar ji and Asha bhosle Ji without a reason. Lata Mangeshkar ji always promoted new talents and that's why he refused to take any Filmfare awards after 1970. Same thing Asha Bhosle done after 1980. You talk about anything without fact.
MOHAMMAD rafi saab was a very gentle and soft hearted person and without a surprise this was reflected in his God gifted amazing voice.

Singer's of today and some yesteryears were involved in payment issues with music directors. They would not sing until they have received their payments. But MOHAMMAD rafi saab was never greedy over money matters. He always helped upcoming and financially struggling composers by singing for free. He always gave without thinking about the returns. I challenge anyone to name a singer that is as big hearted and generous as MOHAMMAD RAFI SAAB!!
