    • Overall, I think Jessi and her parents are open minded and respectful of each other’s wishes. Her mom was comfortable expressing that she didn’t like too much cleavage and her dad said the leg exposure is nice but no thanks 😅 You could tell she wasn’t bratty about it either. Loved the bodysuit, imagine her wearing that bodysuit at awards, it would leave everyone speechless. It's definitely the Beyoncé Korean version and I'd love to see any collaboration between the two.

  • The reason why she’s tough or has a strong personality is because of her experience in the US. During an interview, she mentioned that she was bullied by Americans when she was young because the way she looks (having small eyes or Asian). She actually hit that kid with her book and desk as what she said and even the teacher didn’t take her side and angrily told her to leave the classroom. She said that she went out of the room crying. That’s why she stand up strong whenever someone mess up with her or step on her. Growing up in the US is really hard especially if you are not Caucasian. Look what happened this year in the US where a lot of Asians where wounded because of Asian hate. Then when she came to Korea, she was hated also because of her strong personality. So she said in that interview, she really was having a hard time knowing who she is because Americans hated her because she’s Asian, and when she comes to her own people, they also hated her because she has the American attitude.
